Absolutely Unacceptable – Almost Ruined My Daughter’s Birthday!
I called Tessi’s in Salem, NH to place an order for my daughter’s fifth birthday party the day before the party at Phantom Gymnastics—only because Phantom Gymnastics recommended them and said they offered a 10% discount. I placed an order for eight large pizzas and was told it would be delivered at noon sharp the next day. I was even asked if I’d be paying with cash or card. I told them cash and confirmed I’d see them the next day.
Fast forward to 12:05 PM on the day of the party—I called to ask which door they’d be coming in through, and guess what? They had NO RECORD of my order. None. The person who took my order “wasn’t working that day,” and the staff seemed completely unprepared and unconcerned. Because it was a large order and they hadn’t even started making it, they couldn’t get it there before the party ended.
So I had TWENTY hungry kids at a birthday party with no food—something we had clearly planned and confirmed. This was not just an inconvenience—it was humiliating and devastating for what was supposed to be a special day for my daughter.
It is beyond unacceptable that they didn’t write the order down or have any system in place to track something this important. I will never, ever recommend Tessi’s to anyone I know, and I will absolutely be telling Phantom Gymnastics about this incident.

The food and service were fine, and a one star review may seem harsh for food and service that was not awful, but the bad review is more for false advertising.
This is the second restaurant in a row where I went looking for a new place to get pizza and I made the decision to go there based on pictures and those pictures ended up being not indicative of the pizza I was given.
The pizza I got was entirely identical to any run of the mill House of Pizza pizza. And if that's the kind of pizza you like then you'll be perfectly happy with this pizza. But that's not the kind of pizza I prefer, and it's not the pizza I thought I was buying when I ordered it.

This place used to always be consistent and had great food. Unfortunately, over the years the quality has gone down, portions have gotten smaller yet the prices increase. There's too many pizza places in the area with much better food to even consider going here.

Ordered multiple times over the years , our house is 1 mile outside there zone , but they never had an issue cause it's a straight shot and it takes less time to our house then to the other side of Salem, we have always paid double the delivery charge and tipped for the added time today the driver reamed me out on my porch after he just got almost a 15 tip plus 8 delivery fee cause it was an extra mile he told me to call door dash next time called to inquire if that was an issue now whomever picked up had no issues with what his driver did with that Said we will not be going into or ordering from them again
this place has really gone down hill. my family and i order from here atleast 2x a month. past few months they do not get the orders right. we order extra cheese and they make sure to charge us for it however never put the extra cheese on. Recently got 2 pizzas and asked for well done for both. they show up a disgusting mess. so soggy the box is loaded with grease. you had to eat the pizza with a knife and a fork. called to say something and they said they have the best pizza in town. very rude customer service. they lost a loyal customer

Ordered 3 pizzas for 70 dollars and threw them away, been going there for years, called and talked to them and was told that's how they make them even though the menu said the ingredient's that went on the pizza and is not what we got, never again

I Ordered a cheeseburger and must say, it was cooked to perfection! Had home delivery and it was very hot! I know it is only a cheeseburger but it was better than most restaurants for $17+ Thank you Tessi's in Salem NH!!!

I love the food, but can't seem to get the correct order. The last three times I've ordered, it was wrong. I ordered by phone the first time, asked for a teriyaki steak n cheese, received steak tips sub instead. Second time I decided to order in person, and stressed multiple times that I wanted shaved steak NOT steak tips. Received steak tips again. Third time I decided to order online, figuring that would be fool proof. NOPE, this time I received shaved steak finally, but it wasn't teriyaki. I do like the food though, just no idea how to get the correct order.
