I love the food, but can't seem to get the correct order. The last three times I've ordered, it was wrong. I ordered by phone the first time, asked for a teriyaki steak n cheese, received steak tips sub instead. Second time I decided to order in person, and stressed multiple times that I wanted shaved steak NOT steak tips. Received steak tips again. Third time I decided to order online, figuring that would be fool proof. NOPE, this time I received shaved steak...
The pizza was good, but unfortunately, the service was not. We ordered 1 pizza and it took 1.5 hours to get delivered. After an hour passed, I called the restaurant multiple times to inquire about the whereabouts of our food however no one picked up the phone. Finally someone did but then I was on hold for several minutes. I understand places get busy, but this seemed excessive for 1 pizza.

I know it is only a cheeseburger but it was better than most restaurants for $17+
