The bar area was loud but once you are at your table , the noise level dropped. The food was cooked to perfection.

The food and service was top notch. I got the sliced tenderloin and it was absolutely delicious. We usually go to the location in Burlington but it was definitely worth the trip to dine in Salem Nh.

Need mocktail / non alcoholic wine options for pregnant women. The mocktails were served in regular water glasses and were gross. It also got extremely hot in the main dining room area. Burlington, MA location is better.

The Capital Grille never disappoints. The food is exceptional and great service. The Salem location is a bit loud, but overall a great experience.

My husband and I visited The Capital Grille in Salem for my birthday dinner on November 29, hoping for a special evening. The menu looked impressive, and we loved the calamari appetizer and chicken entrée—they were absolutely awesome, flavorful, and well-prepared. Our waiter also delivered outstanding service, being attentive and making us feel welcome. Unfortunately, the night took a downturn with several issues. A persistent cold draft kept blowing in from the frequently opened door on a chilly evening, making us uncomfortable. The main problem was my well-done steak, which arrived charred and burned on one side—they even tried to hide it by flipping the burned part down. When I discreetly took a photo (just in case, as we were happy with other items and might have shared positives online), a manager approached within minutes in a forceful tone, asking what was wrong. I explained calmly and said I was fine without a replacement, but he pushed aggressively, insisting “If you don't eat it, you'll take it home.” It felt confrontational and over-the-top, completely destroying the vibe of my birthday celebration. He then lingered nearby, chatting with our server where we could clearly see and feel the awkwardness. They offered a gift card and complimentary dessert as a gesture, which was appreciated in theory, but they didn't ask our preferences and brought something I don't eat. Now, we're not sure if we'll give it another chance, even with the gift card—why risk another confrontation? If we're happy with something and want to take a photo to share, or if we have a minor complaint, do we have to go through that kind of aggressive damage control? It's a shame because the positives were there, but one bad item and the manager's handling ruined our evening. Overall, a mixed bag leaning toward disappointment.

I had the 10 ounce Soleil, which was excellent would've had the 22 ounce bone in ribeye unfortunately that's a little too much for me in food.

Everything was fabulous! Our server, Melissa was top-notch! Hope to have her again soon! For a holiday meal, this was the perfect setting. Would not hesitate to book again! We were so well taken care of..

We get together once per month at the Capital Grille Tuscan Village and are never disappointed. Our usual server has since left the company but we met Christina last night and she will be our requested server/host going forward. The porcini rubbed ribeye was excellent as were all of our sides. Our service from being seated to a complimentary dessert all exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Capital Grille Tuscan Village.

Very good experience although the host kept our party waiting while he took a couple of calls.

The service was absolutely OUTSTANDING from start to finish as we celebrated a birthday in our party. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming and immediately extended their happy birthday wishes and lead us to a table decorated with a card and a little confetti. We adored our server, Melissa, who took great care of us and had wonderful suggestions. We asked for a group photo, for which she went above and beyond by slyly taking a photo on her own phone and presenting us with printed copies along with dessert (which was delicious - the bruleed cheesecake is to die for) and a complimentary treat and candle for the birthday girl. Such a nice touch! Plates and drinks were also bussed promptly and leftovers were packed with care. It's not listed on their menu, but you can ask your server about mocktails because they do have some delicious options! Everything was exceptional, but my one criticism would be for the quality of the steaks. My NY dry aged sirloin was more medium-medium well than medium rare, and quite tough and dry. The ribeye was large, but a bit thin (like 1/2 inch) and a bit tough as well. The other ones looked okay, so a couple of us might have just been unlucky. Regardless, the overall experience was so wonderful, we'll give it another shot!
