For sure we were there on a busy Saturday night. We had reservations for 7:00 and were seated at 7:10. Our server was sweet and nice when we saw her. We received our appetizers and entrees together at 8:10 after the manager gave the kitchen a push (there were just 2 of us). We noticed several others who were seated after us and received their food before us. The food was okay, nothing special.

Phenomenal, absolutely phenomenal . Ordered the LINGUINE & MUSSELS
ARRABIATE, loaded with mussels, and the arrabiate was just the right amount of spice. For dessert got the pistachio cake, creamy and dreamy. Both Sal and Max at the bar are truly the best around, warm and friendly. Highly recommend!

Always go there at least once a week! Love it there. Great food great service and amazing value
Everything was terrific, the food and the service. 5 stars all the way. The only negative was a table across the room that should have realized the others dining are not interested in their conversation. Nice people, but LOUD! Please be more considerate. We will return.
Loved everything about it. And I'm picky

Visited Sat Nov 1st around 8 and it was crowded but we still got seated within 10min. No reservation needed! Host was attentive and friendly. Our waiter came right over, and we had our drinks within minutes. In my younger years I was a waitress and saw the tables he has and definitely a pro with time management. Polite and very welcoming! Lasagna was excellent and carrot cake completed my night.
The crowd: everyone laughing eating, and just a great vibe.

Great Italian restaurant. Never a bad meal and always consistently well prepared dishes. Never overpriced. My family goes to have dinner there at least once a month.
Our experience was not that great last evening. I will definitely go again because my family LOVES the food. However, last evening was honestly disappointing. The waitress we had was new as we have not seen here before but no one was shadowing her as is often done with new waitresses at this restaurant. (We go often). She took our drink order and after approximately 10 minutes she came to take our food order. We told her we had not yet received our drink order. She apologized and left to go get the drinks. When she came back, we ordered an appetizer (and she acknowledged it would be an appetizer) along with our food order as it was very busy. Unfortunately, she delivered all of our food at once the calamari app and our main dishes. This was disappointing. I commented that I was surprised that she delivered the app at the same time as the main dish but I don't think she understood me. My son got the pumpkin ravioli special that did not agree with him. I told him to order another dish as he was quite hungry but the waitress did not come back until my husband and I had finished our meal. As I said before, we will visit again as we enjoy this restaurant but the service in our last several visits has been disappointing. As a side not, when we went last month the restaurant was practically empty. However, it took 20 minutes for a waiter/waitress to come to our table. The waiter apologized profusely for the mix up as the hostess did not tell him she sat someone in his section and made up for the oversite, but it was disappointing nonetheless.
Despite the ugly outdoor red sign which makes you think you're headed for a diner, the restaurant has a very nice interior. Staff were warm and friendly. We all had pasta dishes, my cousin really enjoyed her gluten-free linguini. The menu has a wide range of choices and it's reasonably priced. The sauces were good. We enjoyed our meal on a Saturday night. You'd need reservations.
Restaurantji Recommends
Had my son and daughter in-laws ( now ) rehearsal dinner. The food was amazing !! Everyone here especially Sal was so helpful when I came in and wanted to re-arrange all the tables and chairs. Elisha and her husband Nick were great even came in to say hi with there adorable kiddos !! Everyone was so nice the waiters and waitresses and bartender and the vibe was perfect and just what I was hoping for !! I would highly recommend your next event or just dinner out with family and friends!!

The chicken was not cooked well enough. Even after complaining and sending it back the second plate was still pretty raw. No discount was offered to ease our displeasure.
My husband and I met the owner 14 months ago at an unrelated event. He told us about the restaurant and we kept it in mind to eventually try out. When we went this week, we were blown away that after the meal, he recognized us immediately! After 14 months!
That incredible customer experience notwithstanding, the food was simply incredible. The ragu was one of the best I ever had. Such depth of flavor, the braised meat tender beyond words.
Warm bread and butter to start, and the tiramisu, while not what I expected in its presentation, had excellent flavor and texture.
The handmade fresh pasta is an absolute must. The tiny surcharge is WELL worth it.
We will be back.

We stopped here to eat on a whim, and had an amazing time. Our server Chelsea was incredibly nice, and had great energy. We got an old fashioned and a Expresso martini, both of which were absolutely amazing. The food was large portions and tasted amazing. I would absolutely eat here again.
