Alex and Kelsey are always super responsive with questions and educating their customers! I went here on a recommendation and ordered a "megatea" only to realize it was Herbalife powder mixed with water. Herbalife is an MLM. The social media account is so cringe. Their hard sell makes bogus health claims of "sparks brain function & memory recall." They also say it's "sugar free" upon further inspection of a liftoff packet, corn syrup solids and sucralose are both ingredients. Not really healthy. Let my friend know and now she is done going there too.

I went here and got a tea. All I got was an overpriced neon Kool-Aid made with stevia. Also realized it was all powder and all Herbalife. I was nice and paid for it but dumped it out immediately on principle of the MLM business model. Never again.

I went here on multiple occasions and thought the teas were good. Then I started to hear rumblings within the community that it was Herbalife and part of a MLM. It all made sense, they really push hard on it being liquid gold, love to use donations / goodwill as marketing material and are always interested in people to join in. I am sure the products are fine but I can not support the business model.
