The food is good and most of chefs are great. There on particular server that she has the nastiest attitude and DEMANDS a tip even when all she does is be rude to people including kids. There is one elderly lady that she is great and Leo me and my family laughing all night. This place tho, needs some deep cleaning as the tables are always dirty and sticky. The floor always have food on them so when you seat to rat you are eating surrounded by trash and left overs. On one ovation I ordered to go and half my order wasn’t in the bag and when I returned to claim it the lady at the front desk just gave me the nastiest attitude even tho I paid 127 for my food and received about 45 worth of food. I have given this place one too many tries and I believe I will find a better place to enjoy hibachi

Place was so gross! Greasy walls nothings been wiped down in there in decades! Not to mention the food was bland and had zero flavor! We each ordered steak in our hibachi, two of us got scallops with it and the third got shrimp. Things were cooked through just no flavor at all! Our cook was great and all but not one of us finished our meal! $140 for two people for hibachi to be that disappointed and disgusted! I went to use the restroom and felt like I needed to shower afterwards. Our table and chairs were not even wiped down between the previous guests and us! Just gross all around! Honestly felt like ground zero for the next pandemic. Like yes, that bad. Also 2/3 people get extremely sick from the alcoholic beverages…likely the juice had gone bad! One of which couldn't even see straight afterwards! We felt poisoned and disgusted!

Had an EXCELLENT dinner here a few nights ago. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 3 kids (all 11 yr olds). From start to finish - both the food and the chef were fantastic! Everyone in our group enjoyed the food and had a great time. I had one of the combination dinners -fried rice, followed by scallops & salmon, then vegetables - SO GOOD!! We will definitely be back.

My husband and I usually go in for dinner but we stopped in for lunch today. To say that the two girls working were rude would be a huge understatement. They were annoyed that we wanted to sit at the bar. They dropped the food and ran away and never returned until it was time for the check so we didn’t get to ask for sauce or anything. Ines was the name printed on the check but both girls working were extremely rude. We will probably not return for a long time and certainly not for lunch

Went for lunch on Saturday with my husband and my boys. Husband and I both ordered sukiyaki steak, which was completely raw literally on the grill for less than one minute. Not a lot of flavor profile, which is why I chose Tokyo, according to the reviews, Salad,soup and entrée came out way too fast, not enough time to enjoy each one. Also not a fan of the talzon on Payment system. Basically signed my name hit continue in and this automatically added a 20% tip, which I had planned on doing in cash. Unfortunately, we will not be back LUNCH for four was $129. Definitely going to stick with Tomo , much more interaction with chef and lively atmosphere, and also food is much more tasty and not rushed.
