Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Value is a tricky one. Hard to say it's a value at $100+ per person.
Started off poorly, we had a reservation, but was seated in the section that was for those without reservations. The seats were uncomfortable. We asked to move, and asked if we had a reservation, and we said yes, and she moved us to a better table, and had no explanation why weren't seated here to begin with. After that the rest of the night was great. The food and service were excellent.
We went for my birthday lunch and had a wonderful time, as always. The waiter was delightful, the food delicious, the ambiance upscale and the entire experience enjoyable. The waiter commented, “See you next week” and I think that's a great idea!!!
Our staff server, Haley, was excellent!! Her demeanour, timing, & suggestions were terrific. She was suoer patient & timed everything from drinks to appetizers to main meal perfectly! We all enjoyed pasta as main meal - delicious; however felt portions were a bit short. We felt the pricing was a bit steep - but quality was excellent overall.
I have eaten there before and was looking forward to having the best veal chop I have had in a long time. They offered 3 choices none of which appealed to me for $79. I asked if they could make it marsala style and server said he would check with kitchen only to return explaining they don't have any marsala wine which I find extraordinary that an Italian restaurant doesn't have any. Very disappointed celebrating my wife's birthday. In lieu of my disappointment I ordered the ribeye which didn't disappoint, cooked temp as I ordered and it was tender, favorable and delicious. Our server Chris was very attentive and was concerned I was disappointed I missed out for my desire to chow down on a veal chop I had on a previous visit. Guess I should have called ahead.
Food was delicious-drinks even better-service was the best!! Shay(?) our server was FANTASTIC!! We went to celebrate our 18th anniversary but...We will be back!!
Living locally we are frequently at Tuscan Kitchen and Tuscan Market- we often come for special occasions. Overall the majority of our experiences have been great. Last night was not one of them. Our waitress was good, ambiance as always was nice but we were extremely disappointed in our food. All of our food was cold! We made a splurge and ordered the Tomahawk steak, sides and an additional ravioli entree . It was clear when the food arrived that everything had sat got cold and was not enjoyable. We were waiting too long for food and drinks. It was unfortunate too because it was a pretty large check. We left disappointed to say the least.
They brought us burnt Tomahawk steak, which is the most expensive steak, it was burnt on both sides, it was not not edible, when we brought this up to the waitress (who was really nice and helpful) she went to talk to the management and management gave us 50% discounts on ruined steak. Moreover, we waited for steak around 40 minutes and when they brought it it was cold, and sides were cold too. This was Salem NH location. When we had similar situation in Boston location, they burnt our steak, they came, apologized, told us they are cooking a new one, and in the meantime they brought us free appetizers because of extra wait. They is the level of service you expect from such restaurant. Food quality, taste and service is very good in Boston, but Salem NH lacks all of that, steaks and service are sooooo much better in Boston.
We loved our dining experience at The Tuscan Kitchen at The Artisan Hotel so much, that we decided to dine there two nights in a row while we were in town. It's a stunning restaurant and our server Utah was wonderful and took great care of us. Our other wonderful waitress, Marissa, from the night before, stopped by and said hello. Both of our meals were delicious. My husband enjoyed his Margherita Pizza and added sausage and I enjoyed the Salmon. Thank you, we will be back!
Sent two of three turkey dinners sent back as food was barely warm. Two new plates were provided and only slightly warmer. I received an end piece that took effort to cut and unable to eat. Turkey tasted processed, not fresh. Overall, we were disappointed. We live in Tuscan Village and don't plan to return anytime soon

Spectacular!!!!!! above and beyond service for Thanksgiving day...., The drinks were delicious and the food was above and beyond,
Very happy with food and service on Thanksgiving. Tuscan does an amazing job of making you feel welcome
Very slow service. We were there for 2.5 hours so got our desserts to go. We had a great waiter with an awesome attitude and personality though
Was our first time our waiter was awesome and gave us great recommendations on deciding on an entree. We are glad we listened to his suggestions. Was a nice relaxing nicely paced dinner. We will be back!!!
Reservation was for 8pm and we didn't get seated until 8:45pm. We didn't get soda or bread until 9:20pm because we had to re-ask for it. When we got the bill the waitress had additional items on the bill we had to wait 20 minutes to get corrected. I also put on reservation that it was for a birthday and it was never acknowledged or asked, very disappointing.
