Very slow service. We were there for 2.5 hours so got our desserts to go. We had a great waiter with an awesome attitude and personality though

Beautiful Location, but Service Needs Significant Improvement. My friends and I chose this restaurant in the beautiful Tuscan Village to celebrate a friend's birthday. The ambiance was lovely, and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by the poor service from our server, Kathryn K. We waited for over 30 minutes to receive our initial drinks. Throughout the meal, Kathryn was notably rude and disrespectful, showing little regard for our table. She never returned to check if everything was satisfactory after our main courses were served. The most disappointing part of the evening was when she charged us for some simple cookies that were brought out for our birthday friend to blow out a candle. When confronted, she initially denied the charge before admitting it was a mistake. While the location and food were great, the service aspect of our visit truly detracted from the celebration. If this server continues to work here, I strongly suggest more training and coaching on professional customer treatment to ensure a positive experience for all patrons. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone else.

The place was amazing and the food and service was great! The waitress was so friendly and loved her energy. It was a bit expensive but I enjoyed my time there and I will go again.

Long wait to be served. Bar was backed up, and the Bolognese had great flavor, however, the cook on the pasta varied: some pieces were not quite al dented, other pieces were just hard. Waiter was wonderful.

Our server was delightful. Professional and wonderfully personable at the same time. The bolognese sauce was delicious and the pasta was perfectly cooked.

we were there to celebrate our engagement. Jackie was our server and she was fantastic! Premium service and knew the menu inside and out. She made my fiancé and I have a lovely dinner and had good suggestions!

Very nice atmosphere and the wait staff was perfect. I had the short rib which was on the salty side, but tender. My partner had the swordfish which he enjoyed.

My reservation through OpenTable was apparently never sent to the restaurant. I checked in when I arrive 5 minutes early and there was no record in their system for me. I showed them the confirmation on my phone and they confirmed it was the right place, but there was no entry for me. Fortunately it wasn't overly busy so I got a table but, considering it was a date, if that hadn't been the case and we couldn't have gotten a table it would have been at the very least, embarrassing.

We were a Party of 9 for my daughter's sweet sixteen. She got the Truffle Tagliatelle. We order a variety of apps. Our server was amazing. (Ashely) We also ordered the bone in Tomahawk steak. Small hiccup we order it medium rare. Was slightly over cooked for our liking. Manager and server. Took very good care of the situation and everyone was happy and all the food was amazing. It was a pleasure dining here. We've been going to Tuscan Kitchen since it was in the old building. This was by far one of the best meals we've had here. Great job all around.

Everything was great! My husbands meal did end up having a small bone in it but it was ok. Mine could have had the spirts burned off a little more. I felt like it was all you tasted and it took alway from the rest of the dish

They did not have a seat for us before 9:05PM. It took the waiter 30 min to bring the bread they usually have.

I gifted a dinner for my son and daughter-in-law. They had 7:15 reservations and ordered a drink and then there meal. They waited a half hour after they ordered and ask for a status of there dinner. She mentioned the kitchen was backed up but it would be coming shortly. They looked over to the table next to them and they had dinner served. At this point they could not even get the waitresses attention as she served the table around them. My son and wife got up at 8:30 and left. They were told that dinner was coming out and by this time they had enough. The manager tried to apologize and said they understand if they wanted to leave but they needed to pay for there drinks. I don't usually write negative reviews but this happened last year when my wife I went for dinner. Tuscan Kitchen should start reading the reviews and make changes. Its not a surprise they only have a 3 start rating.

This is an authentic Italian restaurant in Salem NH. The food is delicious and they use high quality ingredients. Service is excellent as well. Prices are up there, but you get what you pay for.

Loved the ambience, waitress was attentive, but didn't guide on size of pizza or salads. Easily sharable, but said pizza was single serve. I wish the menu had more popular Italian dishes ie with red sauce. My friend loved her bolognese, best she has had and comparing with restaurants at Disney. My friend thought the marharita pizza lacked flavor, my rigatoni was good, not fabulous. The Roof top bar was off-putting, when we were asked to sit at the bar for our before dinner drinks, rather than choose from other seating options. Not a good way to start our dining experience.
