Started off poorly, we had a reservation, but was seated in the section that was for those without reservations. The seats were uncomfortable. We asked to move, and asked if we had a reservation, and we said yes, and she moved us to a better table, and had no explanation why weren't seated here to begin with. After that the rest of the night was great. The food and service were excellent.
Our staff server, Haley, was excellent!! Her demeanour, timing, & suggestions were terrific. She was suoer patient & timed everything from drinks to appetizers to main meal perfectly! We all enjoyed pasta as main meal - delicious; however felt portions were a bit short. We felt the pricing was a bit steep - but quality was excellent overall.
I have eaten there before and was looking forward to having the best veal chop I have had in a long time. They offered 3 choices none of which appealed to me for $79. I asked if they could make it marsala style and server said he would check with kitchen only to return explaining they don't have any marsala wine which I find extraordinary that an Italian restaurant doesn't have any. Very disappointed celebrating my wife's birthday. In lieu of my disappointment I ordered the ribeye which didn't disappoint, cooked temp as I ordered and it was tender, favorable and delicious. Our server Chris was very attentive and was concerned I was disappointed I missed out for my desire to chow down on a veal chop I had on a previous visit. Guess I should have called ahead.
Food was delicious-drinks even better-service was the best!! Shay(?) our server was FANTASTIC!! We went to celebrate our 18th anniversary but...We will be back!!
Living locally we are frequently at Tuscan Kitchen and Tuscan Market- we often come for special occasions. Overall the majority of our experiences have been great. Last night was not one of them. Our waitress was good, ambiance as always was nice but we were extremely disappointed in our food. All of our food was cold! We made a splurge and ordered the Tomahawk steak, sides and an additional ravioli entree . It was clear when the food arrived that everything had sat got cold and was not enjoyable. We were waiting too long for food and drinks. It was unfortunate too because it was a pretty large check. We left disappointed to say the least.
Menu was surprisingly limited. Also expected more of a traditional Italian menu, but it was much more gourmet. Meal I ordered was good though, just not what I had planned to get. Great atmosphere and service.
Very slow service. We were there for 2.5 hours so got our desserts to go. We had a great waiter with an awesome attitude and personality though
Beautiful Location, but Service Needs Significant Improvement. My friends and I chose this restaurant in the beautiful Tuscan Village to celebrate a friend's birthday. The ambiance was lovely, and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by the poor service from our server, Kathryn K. We waited for over 30 minutes to receive our initial drinks. Throughout the meal, Kathryn was notably rude and disrespectful, showing little regard for our table. She never returned to check if everything was satisfactory after our main courses were served. The most disappointing part of the evening was when she charged us for some simple cookies that were brought out for our birthday friend to blow out a candle. When confronted, she initially denied the charge before admitting it was a mistake. While the location and food were great, the service aspect of our visit truly detracted from the celebration. If this server continues to work here, I strongly suggest more training and coaching on professional customer treatment to ensure a positive experience for all patrons. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone else.
The place was amazing and the food and service was great! The waitress was so friendly and loved her energy. It was a bit expensive but I enjoyed my time there and I will go again.
Long wait to be served. Bar was backed up, and the Bolognese had great flavor, however, the cook on the pasta varied: some pieces were not quite al dented, other pieces were just hard. Waiter was wonderful.

Our server was delightful. Professional and wonderfully personable at the same time. The bolognese sauce was delicious and the pasta was perfectly cooked.
we were there to celebrate our engagement. Jackie was our server and she was fantastic! Premium service and knew the menu inside and out. She made my fiancé and I have a lovely dinner and had good suggestions!
Very nice atmosphere and the wait staff was perfect. I had the short rib which was on the salty side, but tender. My partner had the swordfish which he enjoyed.
Food was good. Service was wonderful our waitress was very attentive and sweet! Cocktails were good as well. Overall nice evening .
My reservation through OpenTable was apparently never sent to the restaurant. I checked in when I arrive 5 minutes early and there was no record in their system for me. I showed them the confirmation on my phone and they confirmed it was the right place, but there was no entry for me. Fortunately it wasn't overly busy so I got a table but, considering it was a date, if that hadn't been the case and we couldn't have gotten a table it would have been at the very least, embarrassing.
