Our dinner experience was exceptional. We were very impressed by the holiday decorations and flowers. Adding to this ambiance was the soft background music and lighting. Our meal was carefully prepared and was served promptly. Each plate had special presentation that heightened the anticipation of this first taste. The flavors, the textures, and the accompanying salads contributed to our sense of satisfaction and joy. We strongly recommend Tuscan Kitchen Salem.
We had an excellent experience dining here with friends. We ordered appetizers, dinner, and drinks, and everything we tried was delicious and well prepared. Our server, Gina, was especially friendly and attentive, which made the evening even better.
We were there to celebrate my parents 60th Anniversary. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for the Holidays. Our server, Hailey as well as the service overall was outstanding. Thank you!
Second time having a meal at Tuscan Kitchen, and it is rapidly becoming one of my favorite places! First, the service was impeccable. Ava took care of us and made us feel very special as we had a belated celebration for my mother‘s birthday. Ambience is bustling, but not too noisy. A rare achievement! And the food was delightful. Crabcake with the best watercress and aïoli, pizza with a delectable crust that could stand on its own, and creative salads. Yum Yum Yum.
All of "your tables for 2" are about +/- 10 inches too narrow. We had a major problem fitting the bread, the appetizer, our wine and water glasses, and our dinner plates on the table top....yet, there was easily three feet between your very skinny tables. We asked to be seated at a 4-top, but the request was declined. Unfortunately, that "skinny table" problem will factor into our next dining decision. Beyond that irritation - everything was truly superb.
First time visiting Tuscan Kitchen. The food was terrific, and our server was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was upscale and nicely decorated for the holidays. Very good experience for a business lunch!
The food was good, but my biggest complaint would be the slow bar service. I ordered two drinks at dinner and each time was told the bar was backed up and waited 10 to 15 minutes to get a drink. Seems like that needs to be fixed.
I've worked in restaurants for 45+ years, Tuscan Kitchen in Salem is consistently fantastic. Period. Mr. Faro and his stellar team have dialed in this gem perfectly. Hands down best in area, I'd say in the region. Boston has great restaurants but this is the ONE ... not pretentious but inviting and the food !?!? Fresh, hot, delicious, and for a busy time and area they always bring it. Oh the drinks ?!?!?? On point in all respects, dangerously so lol. Love it all. Grazie Mille 🙏🏼💖🫵🏼
Portions were quite small. More like lunch portions. For dinner. The caprese salad was quite poor. Tough mozzarella and the tomatoes were tough and “mealy “ Expected much more from here for the price points
Our party of four have never been to this restaurant and we all walked away 1000% satisfied. The upscale atmosphere coupled with attentive and personalized service made us all feel like valued guest. The menu is targeted to please everyone's individual taste buds and the specialty cocktail choices very creative. The only con is the restaurant was packed and the noise level elevated but our party of 4 viewed this as a high energy place with people out for a good time. We will be back.

Tuscan was outstanding as usual. Always my go to restaurant for special occasions as well as just a night out for dinner. Never disappoints------
We had a 5:15 reservation and ordered right away. With a table of 4, it took over an hour and the server never stopped by and said a thing. The bathrooms were filthy and there was no toilet paper or paper towels to dry your hands. We took my son for his birthday and acknowledged was his birthday but never brought anything! The food was good but very overpriced. The atmosphere was lovely. It was a shame the service didn't meet the cost of our meal.
They brought us burnt Tomahawk steak, which is the most expensive steak, it was burnt on both sides, it was not not edible, when we brought this up to the waitress (who was really nice and helpful) she went to talk to the management and management gave us 50% discounts on ruined steak. Moreover, we waited for steak around 40 minutes and when they brought it it was cold, and sides were cold too. This was Salem NH location. When we had similar situation in Boston location, they burnt our steak, they came, apologized, told us they are cooking a new one, and in the meantime they brought us free appetizers because of extra wait. They is the level of service you expect from such restaurant. Food quality, taste and service is very good in Boston, but Salem NH lacks all of that, steaks and service are sooooo much better in Boston.
We loved our dining experience at The Tuscan Kitchen at The Artisan Hotel so much, that we decided to dine there two nights in a row while we were in town. It's a stunning restaurant and our server Utah was wonderful and took great care of us. Our other wonderful waitress, Marissa, from the night before, stopped by and said hello. Both of our meals were delicious. My husband enjoyed his Margherita Pizza and added sausage and I enjoyed the Salmon. Thank you, we will be back!
Sent two of three turkey dinners sent back as food was barely warm. Two new plates were provided and only slightly warmer. I received an end piece that took effort to cut and unable to eat. Turkey tasted processed, not fresh. Overall, we were disappointed. We live in Tuscan Village and don't plan to return anytime soon
