We have been coming here frequently over the past couple of years. While the service has been hit or miss, it has improved recently. Unfortunately, the food quality has declined. We noticed this during our last two visits, and after the most recent one, my wife mentioned that this will be our last time eating here for a while. We may return in a few months to see if the food improves and returns to its previous quality.

As expected part of a very busy shopping strip.

Overall a very nice dinner with my family. I made reservations for a party of 6 and my table was ready and available on time. I was surprised! The hostess was very nice and professional. It was fairly slow; unexpected on a Saturday at 5:30. Waitress (Ava) was very friendly and attentive. Bread was served with oil and balsamic and was offered by Ava when she took our drink order. Cocktails were creative and delicious but light on liquor, especially for the $16 price. We all ordered different items for dinner and we were all very pleased. Food arrived quickly and was hot and looked amazing as expected.

So was at the Tuscan Village while I like some of the environment there maintenance staff needs to have a little more curiosity! I had to park away the the store I was going to because they parked directly across the handicap spaces.

Tuscan Village is a fantastic place to spend an afternoon or evening. The mix of shops, restaurants, and open spaces gives it a vibrant yet relaxed feel especially during holidays time when you have visitors.

Everything is clean, walkable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to shop, dine, and just hang out with plenty of public parking. A great addition to Salem and reminded me Assembly Row in Somerville which is a similar fun spot to meet friends or unwind.

Went to a pretty place on a ugly weather night. Parking was difficult but luckily someone left their street spot and I grabbed it. The area where the restaurant is located is a maze of a place and it took me a few minutes to find parking and walk over.
We were seated quickly with a reservation.
Service was good (our new young waitress was learning the trade and could have used more training). Food was good but nothing special. I had a sandwich. Chicken club. The bread was super thick, and somehow had gotten soggy from kitchen to delivery, so I removed it. The chicken was thin and dry, so overall flavor good but the sandwich was not great.
The others at my table enjoyed their meals, but I think they were underwhelmed as well.
I rarely give this kind of review, but it was my experience this night.
They tried to make things better when requested, which they did, promptly, but it just wasn't the dining experience we were looking for.

Service so slow. Not great food choices. Had gift cards and waitress did not want to honor. Said my bonus cards from last year expired. They had no dates. Think she was overwhelmed or just lazy? I followed her to register as she took this year's gift card and I said try last year's as there were no expiration dates. She says well there is no way I can honor and I don't have a code to enter. I said try anyway and they worked and she said oh it worked - no apology. She kept my bonus card that had value left. I'm not happy that I purchased a lot of gift cards this year as this is just unacceptable behavior!!!

It’s consistently mediocre. My son said the margarita pizza and said it was the worst pizza he’d ever had. By the looks of it (greasy, undercooked) I’d agree. The brunch is not good. Overcooked poached eggs, cold eggs, mediocre breakfast sandwiches. The service is almost always terrible. We are seated and no wait staff realizes we are in their section so then we have to flag down the host to have them get our wait staff. Waiting for drink refills that never come. This is not isolated, this happens regularly. We’ve tried so many times in hopes of Improvment because we like the atmosphere, but this was the last time.

We love what the Tuscan village provides our local community. Great events to bring Salem together!

Horrible driving - rotarys are very confusing, parking lots were congested.

Our waitress was wonderful. Very attentive. However, the food was mediocre. Our pizza was undercooked. The crust was doughy. It was extremely loud due to the tables being so close together. It wasn't worth the time and money.

Food, drinks and service were fantastic! We ate in the outdoor section enclosed for the winter and it was toasty and fun to watch the Christmas Market festivities.
