The food and drinks are mediocre at best. Service was very displeasing, i’ve seen many other poor reviews on customer service and unfortunately I too agree. I was refused service for no apparent reason.

Place was disgusting I could feel the stickiness of the frozen yogurt on the floor on my shoes. Lady was extremely rude and refused to serve me without giving context? I don't know what's her problem... but someone has to control that dog!!! 🦴🦴🦴

SCAM!!! The reviews are right, the owner is shady. I went there and got myself a cup of frozen yogurt, barely filled with minimum toppings, the guy told me the total was over $17 dollars. Me and my husband looked at each other and asked him to repeat it and he did. Also, when asked for a receipt, he refused to provide it! I wish that I had walked out the dang shop leaving the frozen yogurt behind. I used to come here like 3 years ago and would get so much more with a total like $9, that is not inflation but pure greed, THIEVES! Also, the place has a weird odor. The fact that they refused to tell you what the price is per pound and refused to give you a receipt with these high prices is crazy! He physically takes the card from you and will swipe it himself, makes it harder to dispute this way. He knows what he’s doing, ridiculous

I decided to stop in on my lunch break, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the yogurt, pricing and service. Man at the counter even offered me to try his lunch after I asked where he had gotten it from! 10/10

CHECK YOUR BILL & ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT!!!!!! These people are straight up stealing. They’d doble charge you and don’t give you a receipt. Be aware of the EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. I went and talked to them after seeing the double charge the guy acknowledged that is was an error of their but their manager wasn’t in the store, and so he took my number and said the manager would reach out to me. It’s been 3 months now, I tried reporting the transaction to my credit card but couldn’t since the clerk did not provide me with a receipt. Also I spent all day with nausea after eating icecream there in the morning, just avoid yourself the trouble, go to a different location. I hope this doesn’t happen to you as well.

bad service, rude worker who told me both me and my friends cards were ‘declined’ even though we both showed her on the bank apps we each had that there was enough money, then asked me why i couldn’t pay because she “saw the cash in my wallet.” rude service all around also half of the topping were left unrefilled.
I love there boba here but be aware the owner or tutti frutti is in jail because he put cameras in the bathroom so don’t use the bathroom

This place usually has no wait line. But sometimes the employees can be a little pushy. But other than that it’s a great place to get drinks or frozen yogurt!! It’s also pretty convenient.

I would give this place zero star if I could. Overpriced gross and chemical tasting ice cream. Bought 2 cups (not even full cup) and got charged over $16 for it. It's a complete rip off. Don’t do it!
