CHECK YOUR BILL & ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT!!!!!! These people are straight up stealing. They’d doble charge you and don’t give you a receipt. Be aware of the EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. I went and talked to them after seeing the double charge the guy acknowledged that is was an error of their but their manager wasn’t in the store, and so he took my number and said the manager would reach out to me. It’s been 3 months now, I tried reporting the transaction to my credit card but couldn’t since the clerk did not provide me with a receipt. Also I spent all day with nausea after eating icecream there in the morning, just avoid yourself the trouble, go to a different location. I hope this doesn’t happen to you as well.

bad service, rude worker who told me both me and my friends cards were ‘declined’ even though we both showed her on the bank apps we each had that there was enough money, then asked me why i couldn’t pay because she “saw the cash in my wallet.” rude service all around also half of the topping were left unrefilled.

This place usually has no wait line. But sometimes the employees can be a little pushy. But other than that it’s a great place to get drinks or frozen yogurt!! It’s also pretty convenient.Kid-friendliness: It’s very kid-friendly!! Recommended to take your kids here!!

The boba isn’t tea, it’s slush, and it tastes horrible. Staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional, and the menu is overpriced.

I would give this place zero star if I could. Overpriced gross and chemical tasting ice cream. Bought 2 cups (not even full cup) and got charged over $16 for it. It's a complete rip off. Don’t do it!
If you use the Yelp 10% off Check In offer, expect to have to spell Yelp, several times, hand over your phone to the cashier & wait 5 minutes while he leaves the line to grow & disappears in the back.

We got such a small amount of frozen yogurt. I was told it was 8.13 but when I checked my account they deducted 13.76! I am appalled. We got two cups they weren't even filled no toppings either. Won't be going back there

We went and the guy behind the counter would not give me 3 stamps on my card. I bought 3 different ones. He said they have to way a certain amount. We have gone for years and have never had a problem before. I spent 32.00 I have spent that and less beforehand and was always given 3 stamps for the 3 different cups of yogurt.

WAY too expensive for what you get. I will not be going to tutti frutti ever again. Could have got a full meal of better food at a restaurant for my family of 5 for the price I paid for the desert there. Stay away from this place unless you have some extra money to spend (but who does with the price of eggs and everything else these days). Good for you if you can spend that kind of money on mediocre froyo.
