UNSANITARY!! No one in this place wears hair nets over their hair, i ordered cheesy fries and found multiple pieces of hair in my fries. I went back with my receipt and the fries to ask for a refund and they ignored me and instead just made a new order of fries. When I opened the new order of fries they had made me i found more hair in it. this is disgusting and I dont know why you haven’t resolved this issue and cleaned up your restaurant because there are multiple reviews complaing about how unsanitary this place is!!!

We bought French fried from there and the first one came with 2 Haris in it, so I brought it up and then they gave me a new one. Guess what? There was another hair. I did not bring it up it wasn't worth it. None of them were wearing hairnets it was absolutely unsanitary.

Food was ok, about what I expected. Food court had mice running around the floor and under tables. Mouse hid in here.

Piss poor service and completely unsanitary. Literally watched the cashier ring someone up wearing the same gloves he used to touch food which is not only a salmonella hazard but dangerous for people with food allergies. DO NOT go here.

Unsanitary!
Ive seen times again of not following proper procedures at this location! Today was the last straw when i saw the cook handle raw meats, then touch buns, put together an order and more without changing gloves! I have seen in the past of touching raw meat, then order bags, and back to the food, WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES.

I ordered the Steakhouse burger with no bun and then fried pickles. It was SO good! The guys were friendly and accommodating with my request. When I complimented the food…. One of them asked for a review. I have done social media marketing and know how important reviews are and I’m a woman of my word!

Dietary restrictions: I have to watch my carbs. They accommodated my request for no bun.

Very slow and understaffed. Only wore one glove while touching food. And this was on a Monday, I can’t imagine on a busy day.
The food overall was good but service was horrible…waited 20mins for drinks and there was other people complaining. It took a total of 35 mins to get my 2 chicken ceaser salads, not impressed.
