Eh, older guy behind the counter a little rude. Asked for chicken buff- asked for lite sauce and was told no. Either take it or leave it basically. But when you google wayback and open the google page it clearly say made to order. Anyway. Eh, meh.

Poor customer service. Was rushed when taking my order and the guy taking my order has 0 ethics, he needs to be trained in customer service and attention to detail. Whether you work in a high end or fast-food restaurant you’re there to serve NOT interrogate clients and make stead-fast decisions. We went back for ketchup packets and he was reluctant and was very rude ( are the ketchup packets coming out of your check?)… Will NOT RETURN.

Location at Rockingham mall food court. I ordered the chicken blt sandwich with chili cheese fries. Wife ordered the cheesy burger. Hers was cooked right to her liking. She enjoyed it. My chicken was hanging out of the bun on both sides. Nice and big, lettuce and tomatoes very fresh. Bacon was thin but tasted good. We shouldn't have ordered the chili cheese fries. I don't like soggy fries. Next time I will get Bacon cheese fries. Staff was prompt and courteous.

Very great food at amazing prices and extremely friendly workers.
I just wanted to leave a good review here because I saw some negative ones before we tried the place. I almost tried something else instead of this place.We loved the burgers and the service was good. The staff was friendly and worked as a team. I've ordered takeout from here 2 more times since we dined in. We were happy with how everything was packaged and the quality.

Bad location, in the mall. No directions outside or inside of mall, had to walk around mall to find it. The service seemed like it was all non-locals working there (odd appearance, broken English). The fries tasted like they were microwaved, no seasoning, soggy texture. Probably the worst fries I've ever had. Burger was ok, even though it was made wrong, (no onion, no lettuce, no tomato) but not going back inside the mall because it does not feel safe inside, it reminds me of rolling acres mall before it was shut down. Most people just loitering inside, and it smells horrible, the perfume burns my eyes. Very depressing.

The people were very personable and have great customer service . Being polite is a given , however this is the second time I have eaten here and both times I had a friendly ,attentive service that was exceptional . The product is very good quality as well . Tasty , well made and was served in a timely manor . I hardly take the time to write a review but more people should know about this place . They exceeded my expectations. Kudos to you guys ! Doing it right . Way better then any other fast food in the area

Went to mall in Salem nh, at 1pm no other patrons, ordered single burger cheese and mushrooms, FF, had 3 year old with me had chicken fingers FF. Food was awful tasted like they did not change the oil and everything tasted the same. I do not recommend anything.

Gross tasting burger and the tater tots had no taste. Odd to have the burgers placed on the tray vs wrapped. Makes it difficult to eat with two people and one tray.
