The employees need to be trained on timing, this Wendy's is so slow.

I could see from the drive thru it was dirty and they haven't wiped down several surfaces ie: drink dispensars counter tops. They gave me the wrong bread type and took too long for two sandwiches. I would not eat here.

Very few employees know English and it’s very hard to understand them if they try speaking English. A little bit unprofessional, especially speaking Spanish two other employees right in front of you not knowing what they’re saying about you or your food. I highly recommend they are given specific training on American culture and customs.

When I was trying to tell them, I had a mobile order multiple times they asked me what my name was because they couldn’t understand my speech. I would like to say that in no way do I have a problem with them working? I just wish they could adapt or try to adapt a little bit harder to the people within the surrounding community in which they live in. Otherwise, I’m sure they work very hard and probably are trying. I just believe perhaps it is a failure of management or a failure of the Wendy’s corporation and they definitely need to train better in how to speak to Customers. Or perhaps it might be a hiring problem and they are not necessarily targeting people with the best English skills. I have also noticed a sort of attitude of the employees in that they aren’t the type to be very friendly. I understand this is fast food work and I’m not looking for anything other than have a wonderful day or something to that effect. Anyway, I hope you all get better and stay better. I don’t want to dissuade anyone from going to this Wendy’s as I’m sure the food is not bad. I’m just saying that you might have a problem with communication.

This Wendy's has some good choices to pick from and it tastes good. However I suggest checking your bags before you leave the drive thru.

Update: I went to this same Wendy's and the food was horrible. Burnt French fries and my hamburger was not even put together right. The list to one of the drinks was cracked. Worst experience ever.

There is mold on the wall in mens bathroom and profanity on the wall in bathroom all so some employees are good. Chicken was undercooked

Went through The drive through , the cashier did not speak english. Was given wrong sauces. Chicken twnders were good. Fries were good.
But the burgers were awful. Hard buns, dry burgers, old and congealed cheese.

Absolutely the best Wendy's around hands down. I always see a line but boy the get right thru it every time. Ordering for 4 teenagers getting the order right n hella fast, can't ask for me.

If I was a Health Inspector during this visit I would have shut this Wendy's down on the spot. I ordered the $6 Biggie Bag with an Upgrade to Large Fries. Upon taking my order the employee loaded my Fries into the bag. After a few minutes I was told they were waiting on my Chicken nuggets and my Hamburger. Next on visit was that an employee was cleaning the Overhead Range Hood with No Latex Gloves on, spraying Solvent on said Range Hood, directly overtop French Fryers, standing on 2-step Step stool, wiping down said Range Hood with paper towels. Meantime, the Manager was running the Fryers and literally reaching around the subordinate employee on the Step Stool to fill orders of French Fries. So I got his attention as he was finishing my order and asked to replace the Fries in my to go bag because they had probably gone cold. He pulled them out of the bag and dumped them in garbage can. He proceeded to fill my order of Fries again and then turned and tossed the Fries to Counter Employee and the Fries went in Garbage. Made me another batch and finally made it into my bag. The employee kept cleaning the Overhead Rang Hood all the while I was waiting on my food. I kept envisioning the employee falling forward into the boiling oil of the French Fryers. All of this occurred during operating hour of the Wendy's. The Drive-thru was extremely busy. Needless to say after such a disastrous visit to this Wendy's restaurant I returned to my Hotel room and tossed the entire box of French Fries!!!

I hope somebody in Wendy's Corporate Office gets a chance to read this!

So food was delicious as always, however it did take a few for the workers to even acknowledge my fiance and I. However, I'm not going to fault then for that, before they were clearly busy. As for the place itself, it was relatively clean besides what looked like soapy water from the kitchen leading to the dining area. Otherwise it was a fantastic trip. Food was hot and ready, and once the employees actually came over, the service and the energy was amazing. Overall, I'd rate the experience 8/10.
