Live in Sandown and have come here many times as I work landscaping and its a close spot to most jobs. Today when I stopped in on my lunch break I orderd a chicken bacon ranch sub and a 20oz. Older lady at the counter takes payment and afterwards I had forgot lettuce and cheese on it. Asked her if I could add it she told the chef and then I also asked for cheese and would happily pay for it - she tells me she can’t ring up just the cheese so she couldnt charge me but the attitude I received on top of her walking way mumbling under her breath (probably somewhere on the line of me; looking for freebies or trying to get one over on them) just shows me this place doesn’t care about customer service. Over a $1 slice of cheese I was more than happy to pay for as I know cheese isn’t usually included on subs and is extra. I won’t be coming here again and will also have my employees avoid this place. I stop and get coffee and donuts every morning at triple elm and will also not be supporting them as they are connected and possibly ran by the same owner.

A fair amount of time for one pizza but obviously when it’s a busy night I can understand. When I got there they realized they gave my pizza away to another customer, again mistakes happen. As I’m waiting for new pizza they are making me that took another 15 mins I hear the woman remind the girl working the register to make sure I paid. I am more than willing to pay but it was your mistake that I was now waiting over an hour and instead of asking what they could do to ensure a return customer she made a point she made me feel like I was trying to get something for free. By the way I already paid when I 1st got there. I will never be returning

So I ordered a large cheese pizza and a pizza with beef spinach pineapple and feta on it and on the latter they forgot to put sauce on it. I dont know how that even happens but it's too far of a drive from Manchester to get a replacement. It just doesn't make sense to me. I've even ordered this pizza from them before and it was fine. Maybe they have a new cook on.
