Just got a moldy bun with my breakfast sandwich. The girl at the counter seemed bothered to replace it. She also seemed offended when I opened the new sandwich to make sure the bun was fresh. Never apologized. I ate 3 bites before I realized the bottom of the bun was green. Unacceptable for a $9.97 fast food breakfast.

I am a regular. I Sat down to eat with my family. Had a great experience. Food was hot. Witnessed an old couple complain about their food being cold after eating it all. The front end worker handled the situation calmly and correctly. Even though the old guy was screaming obscenities and slamming doors. Definitely coming back. The workers are always extremely polite and work hard here.
We went through the drive-throw. The service was good order was cocert.

As a carnivore I needed beef and they use 100% beef for burgers had 8 with no buns and not a problem.

The girl taking the order at the drive-thru at around 1:30 on June 29, was extremely rude. She asked if we wanted cheese on the burger and, before we could answer she yelled "YES OR NO". We got to the window and had a small empty can to dispose of My husband asked nicely if she could throw it away. She said "throw it on the floor. " so he did. She then replied "are you happy now." Something needs to be done about moving her to a position so she doesn't need to deal with people. I'm going to report this to corporate.
