Fan of the mobile ap, as I am quite busy. It's a 50 / 50 chance things go well, orders are left on the counter behind the order shelves and customers have to reach over and retrieve their orders themselves. Tossing food on the counter is also very professional.

When your granddaughter orders and they mess it up so a lady named Mehgan and her daughter Bailey decides to beat my granddaughter up in the Dunkin Donuts parking lot on Friday 08/01/25 at 530 pm oh u better believe me they will b hearing from someone about this and I won't stop till they are fired nothing about this is ok

When I go to Dunkin’s, I order an iced coffee. That is it. I add 1 flavor and a certain amount of cream & sugar, but for some reason it always comes out disgusting. I usually have to dump it. I only keep trying because it’s 24 hours. I give up though. I had to dump my coffee again tonight. So disgusting.
