I always come there really early, usually around 5:30am or earlier. The lady working the drive through window is always in a bad mood and has screwed up my order, charging me for a large coffee and giving me a medium. I hate going there and decided that there are better ones with nicer employees.

I have been to many a dunkin' donuts, and I have never had a problem ordering a drink with a modification. Today was the first time someone told me that I wasn't allowed to substitute oatmeal for whole milk. He was incredibly rude, and incredibly unkind. He told me not to come back.

The drinks and food are usually made very well. There have been some times when something was forgotten or the food was a little on the overcooked side, but this is a very reliable Dunkin! The people are really kind and considerate, and it's always clean and tidy!
To the owners- hire more people because that service was abysmal.

Very savvy customer approach. After spilling small iced coffee all over my car, they had no problem replacing it at no cost. I was surprised as they had no obligation to. Very smart of a business to occasionally do this. Will be happy to stop by here anytime for that reason.
