There is no excuse to be sitting in a restaurant and not have your drinks on the table within 20 minutes they had people sitting there for an hour without being help very understaffed. Totally unacceptable

Breakfast was very good. Service was not the best plus it took 25 minutes for my food to be served. There were only 6 tables that had Customers - should not have taken that long for food to arrive at my table.

I generally love to give great reviews, however our visit to IHOP on this day was not very good. It had nothing to do with our waiter or the atmosphere it was the speed of the food. It really wasn't too busy but we waited 45 minutes for breakfast, myself and a friend ordered our eggs over easy and got them over hard, I was afraid to send them back because of the long wait, but that's what I was paying for. however when I mentioned it to the waiter he did come back with them within 15 minutes still a bit longer than I would have liked, we had a toddler and they didn't come with the babies breakfast until the other three people were done with theirs. I feel like they need to just make the wait time less then the time we had waited. It wasn't a good experience. When you see a toddler getting anxious you don't feed them last(almost an hour) we had to keep going in and out of the restaurant to keep her entertained...not a good experience

It's IHOP, so you know what you're going to get: friendly service and decent American breakfasts. The surprise for me is the Impossible Combo. How they make vegetable sausage taste so good is a mystery, but I'm glad they do.

Very slow service. I don't know if it's because they're short handed or what. Over an hour just for two lunches. 15 minutes alone for our drinks to show up. 15 minutes to pay the bill. Only got acknowledged once during our meal..no refills on our water. Avoid.

Unfortunately, the service was very slow. We had to wait a long time before being served, which made the overall experience disappointing. I hope the management takes this into consideration.

Absolutely horrible. Have some cigarette smell on your utensils and coffee mugs. And they are rude. Close it down or give it an overhaul for Christ Sakes !!!

Have always enjoyed an IHOP but this one is awful. Staff are moody, place is dirty, hashbrowns came as a strange slab of rectangle and the gluten free blueberry pancakes came with no blueberries. The only time I've had a bad IHOP and this one failed in all areas.
