If I could give no stars or negative 1 star I would. I normally don’t leave reviews too often, let alone bad ones. But as a server in the food industry I feel very strongly about customer service. Today it was mine and my boyfriends’ first time at kfc in like 5 years; we pull up to the drive through and say we need a minute as we don’t know what they have and there’s not one car in the line behind us; the girl who originally spoke to us said ok. Then 10 seconds later, a guy came over the speaker to explain to us that they are on a timer and having us sit there ( it had been less than 3 minutes) was messing up their times and that if we didn’t know what we wanted we would have to come inside.. Still has been less than a total of 3 minutes, not one car is behind us, and as someone who has worked a drive through I was absolutely FLOORED by the audacity of this in a customer service job…. I would completely understand had we been sitting there a long time or had there been others waiting behind us; but this was mind blowing in this scenario….

Was missing half my tenders from the order, the staff member at the window was somewhat rude. I'm now contacting support to complain, missing one or two things is one thing but missing half the chicken in your order is not not acceptable.

This place is non-stop busy! The line at the drive-through is crazy and it seems to take up the majority of the staff to run it. As a dine in customer, you will wait at the counter longer than normal. I am from the generation when a bucket of chicken was 12 dollars. In todays KFC, you'd be lucky if you could buy a simple lunch for that. The restaurant seemed very understaffed with a crew that looked like they hated their jobs. There is plenty of parking, easy access.
