I just want to know why every time I come to this KFC they're out of chicken pot pies or is it because they don't want to cook them? This location has the rudest staff. Every time I come through the drive-thru they might as well be hollering at you and rushing you through the line and there's never nobody in the line ever. Maybe one or two cars

I don’t think I’ve had a worse experience at any KFC ever. More than often they run out of chicken…. and just yesterday when ordering the brand new chicken tender combo, they served us cut up chicken breast. I definitely do not recommend ever going to this location.

Slowest drive through ever. After 20 minutes in line at least expected there to only be two people running both restaurants, but it was packed with employees. The drive thru guy fumbled around for about 5 mins when I got to the first place in line, before just handing me my food that had been sitting in a bag next to him… lukewarm. Food would have otherwise been fine, biscuit was yummy

The woman who took my order was so nice and sweet however after I had placed my order I had to sit in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. I would understand if there was a line but there was only 1 car in front of me at this time!!! Please do better

I recently had the misfortune of visiting the KFC in Seabrook, NH, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget—for all the wrong reasons.
Here are the highlights (or rather, lowlights) of my visit:
Drive-Thru Disaster: I spent a whopping 30 minutes waiting in the drive-thru. Yes, you read that right—30 minutes! For fast food, this is completely unacceptable. I could have cooked a meal at home in that time.
Tasteless, Soggy Chicken: When I finally received my order, I was greeted with a soggy, tasteless chicken concoction that I wouldn’t even feed to a flock of seagulls. It was a disgrace to the name of fried chicken. The Colonel must be rolling in his grave.
Customer Service: The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. There was no apology for the long wait, and the overall service was lackluster at best.
Quality Control: The food quality was abysmal. The chicken was not only soggy but also lacked any flavor. The sides were equally disappointing—bland and unappetizing.
Overall Experience: This visit was a complete waste of time and money. I will never return to this KFC location because it was such a disgrace. They need to seriously rethink their operations and quality control.

This place is a hit or miss, you could get great service and fresh food or the complete opposite ; really depends on who’s working 😩
I arrived at KFC just before the inside closed. Try to ask the person closing the front door with the hours were totally ignored… so I got into the drive-through and there was a nice gentleman who is delivering supplies for KFC who said he believed that they were open until 11. This is about 9 o’clock when I arrived at KFC.. I finally got to place my order. The person continuously said they could not hear me while I was screaming my order. when I asked him about wings because I’ve had their wings at different KFC’s in different states and they didn’t understand what I was saying so frustrated. I had to drive out of the drive-through and continue on my business service was horrible.

This is the dirtiest most disgusting fast food restaurant I’ve ever been into in my life. The employees are clueless and rude and not friendly at all. The restaurant is beyond disgusting! This establishment needs a major cleaning, it’s so bad they should have a professional service come in and fix it. Go anywhere else.
