Most disgusting KFC I've ever been in! Men's room doesn't look like it's been cleaned for a month...absolutely gross. Also, the fountain drinks don't work (but they don't tell you until after you finish paying!). They do have warm cans of Pepsi instead...Yum!

It's a shame they seem to be perpetually short staffed. Waited patiently to order, food was good and came up quickly and correct. Good value for what you get. We don't do fried chicken often but when we do it's KFC.
Bought family dinner and brought it over to my Dad's house. He absolutely loved the chicken and had enough leftover for the next day. Thank

The food was terrible. We got a mashed potato bowl. The chicken was hard, as well as the corn. Also, we got a chicken sandwich, which was dry. I'm very disappointed. It's not worth spending your money here!

It’s been a number of months since I’ve brought my family back in to this business. After todays visit I have decided I will not be going back again. The food had no flavor, chicken tasted like burnt oil. The drink machine was of course watered down in the lobby. Rude attitudes from worker to worker. When I asked how long it would be after ordering my food, I was told they were waiting on chicken and nobody had any clue what was going on. (Take into account there was 2 cars in the drive thru and only myself in the lobby with from what I saw at least 6 employees. The woman who was working front counter was very nice and made sure to ring in my order completely and had a friendly conversation with me. She expressed she was new and would ask to which she was told by another employee “I don’t know I’m busy”. The communication and quality has very clearly not changed. And I willNot be back. After so much time under the new company’s wing I was hopeful for a better change. But it seems they have lost all of their employees, “started fresh” and nothing has changed. Do better.

If I could rate this shop at a -20 I would. I used to love my trips to KFC. HOWEVER, I issue you a warning. Do not waste your money. Tonights meal was disgusting, cold and tasted as if it was sitting on the counter since noon (ordered drive thru at 5pm). Dried out, the fries were like sticks and the Chicken fingers were smaller than my thumb knuckle. If you do decide to get food here go inside, then before you just leave the counter check the quality of the food. If I had done this tonight I would have made the manager eat it! I will wait and go to Haverhill before I will go here again.
I have had lots of KFC. in my lifetime. Today i tried seabrook KFC overcooked chicken, tasted like old oil. Nothing was good hard bicuits I asked for gravy didnt get any. Potatoes. Nothing real in there 2 more minutes blending and it would have been soup. Nobody said yum. Fed it to dogs. And worst of all 40 bucks. YOU SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

Cashier was rude and at one point was joking around with other employees and laid on the counter almost onto my food. I went back up to the counter to get condiments and no less than 4 different employees looked at me but would not acknowledge me. They were too busy joking around with each other. Food was ok. I now understand why this place had such low ratings.
