I had the hibachi lunch special with steak and scallop at Kume Seabrook, and it was absolutely delicious! The steak was perfectly cooked, the scallops were tender and flavorful, and everything was served hot and fresh. The staff was attentive, friendly. We had such a great meal at Kume Seabrook! The chef made some special sushi rolls for us — super fresh and beautifully done. The udon noodles and tempura were spot on, and the seared steak appetizer was unbelievably tender and full of flavor. The staff were so friendly and attentive the whole time. Definitely a new favorite spot for amazing Japanese food!

Another great time here! Food was amazing we sat at the bar bartender was friendly and knowledgeable. We try the dinosaur egg for the first time and it was unbelievable recommend getting this one for sure. We also tried the king crab gyoza those were phenomenal! We will definitely be back food prices we're on point and food was super fresh. We had a wonderful time Thank you so much to our great bartender Jess.

Modern/clean. Extremely fast service. Very generous portions & high quality sushi. Hands-down the most tender & flavorful beef in any beef fried rice I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this restaurant.
