This was our 1st time in NH and we stopped here and Brown's because we saw both these places on Chow Down Count Down for the best lobster roll. Gave us a good reason to visit both restaurants. The customer service at Markey's was great they made you feel welcome when you walk in. The food was great we decided to try the crab cakes, claim chowder and lobster bisque all was excellent. The view out the back door was great overlooking the water. Highly recommend stopping in.

After a very rough year, I took my son and my parents today to Marky's for a bit of good nostalgia. Unfortunately, I fear i traumatized myself and my mother even further, because she paid over $100 for the worst seafood dishes we have ever had in our lives. Scallops were chewy and tasteless, fries were overcooked and stuck to the plate, and there wasnt a morsel of seasoning on ANYTHING. We will wait for Kimball's to open up if we ever decide to have these meals again. Was not the Markys of the past, was DISGUSTING.

Food was okay… scallops didn’t taste fresh at all and was really soggy which is really disappointing, but everything else was delicious. Shout out to Sophia, she was such a nice girl, answered all my questions and helped me understand the menu (which should be updated cause there’s no description on what you’re getting and it makes things more confusing… what is “champ on fries”???)
