Waited in line twice for 10 minutes for no one to answer when it says 24 hour drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous

I had a great experience here, finding it easy to place my order and receiving excellent service. After reading some negative reviews, I felt compelled to share my positive experience. I even drove from Massachusetts to write this review. To those who are critical, I suggest appreciating the small things in life and recognizing the effort that employees put into their work. Some people may not have the same opportunities to enjoy life's simple pleasures.
Affordable option for tasty food, app is the way to order- they offer lots of deals and free food if you eat there often
i placed an order tonight in the drive thru and asked for some of their new sauce. these two nice workers at the window went to grab it and as the elderly lady was handing it to us, her manager came up behind her and started reprimanding her very harshly to not give us them because they cost money. he never asked us to pay for them. we were so disturbed by how he treated her, i didnt feel right eating my meal and went in to offer money for the sauces and to speak to the manager. i told him i also manage food service, and if he asked us to pay, we wouldve gladly. he didnt have to verbally abuse this worker in front of us to the point we were sitting there uncomfortable. i told him as a manager, i wouldve asked us to pay and taken her aside and spoken to her. that in front of customers wasnt okay and very disturbing. he said he was stressed and short staffed, and i offered the money again and said i understood, but wasnt an excuse to not control his emotion in front of customers and fellow workers. as someone who worked in the business, i felt like i was gentle parenting one of my teen workers about their nono. he blatantly seemed not to care, told me he wouldnt take the money because the sauce wasnt in their system, pulled out his phone while talking to me, and when i asked him his name he refused to tell me and told me to “leave his store”. a worker told me his name was dennis and that hes always very aggressive. i dont think he has the maturity or age to be in his position, and he definitely cannot handle his shift if hes that stressed out
Ordered delivery through the app. Nothing came as ordered. None of the customizations were correct for any of our meals, even the customizations that seemed easy and obvious. Also said a woman's name was delivering but it was clearly a man. They did bring it directly to our hotel room though. Took 30 minutes. Delivered from Lafayette Rd to best western Hampshire Inn. Brought it right to my room, left the room number in the comments.

You can't actually go into the store because the floor is so filthy and slippery from Grease that it's actually dangerous to walk in there. You go through the drive-thru and they consistently screw up the simplest of meals.. this is the type of place where it would benefit from firing every single employee and hiring people that can pass a simple third grade reading comprehension test. The staff that is there now cannot comprehend the basics of an order and then they get upset with you when you ask for fresh chicken nuggets. By far the most inept McDonald's I have ever been to. It's time for a complete staff overhaul!

One of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I waited over an hour for my food then I went up to ask what was going on and the employee went to ask the manager and he told him they were more focused on the drive thru than dealing with people on the inside
$15.00+++ for Mixcraft Meal it's ice cold, an no sauce that I asked for drove 35 minutes home to find all this out, I call an the manager a male refuses to let me get a refund or even replace the meal tomorrow when I can come back, says you need to come back now with the food it's 10:45 p.m. I just got home from working all day an my kid wanted it since I couldn't spend time with her do to work I literally did this for her cuz of that cuz let's be honest $15++ for the a 10 piece nugget. Medium fries an a medium drink all for a box that basically empty and a grimes toy ya not in the budget usually but the manager on Saturday night @10:30 p.m on 4-5-2025 was a absolute jerk. I'll call tomorrow N speak to the good manager

This is usually my favorite location but today a manager I have never seen before was so unprofessional that there's no way I could give a positive review with treatment like that.I get 5 Iced Coffees a day from McDonald's & the workers all know me.Today I gave my code at the drive thru & my app said it was accepted. I get to the window & the worker tells me the system is messed up so he needs a manager. The manager was so rude & got red faced anger over me not having another code.I tried to explain that it won't give another code for 15 minutes.He wouldn't listen & finally after ten minutes he says OK buddy to me & leaves me sitting there.I didn't pay nor did I know what to do.This young man needs some training or I feel he will cause a problem for you most definitely.
Just ate here and now I feel disgusting, this is really the worst option.
