My apple was soft, bruised, and scarred. The sandwich looked fine until I sniffed it and it reeked of pickles. I ordered a plain turkey and cheese, you couldn't remake the sandwich or just use new bread? You insult me with the apple and you destroyed the easiest sandwich. Absolutely trash.

Walked in and tried to communicate with the person in front of store...he stared at us with a blank look. I waited and tried again same no response at all! Then my friend tried...he got same blank look. Noone else was seen in store it was not busy.....we walked out. This person could have even responded by a raised hand or some sign of acknowledgement? Instead nothing........goes beyond rude to just plain sad!

This is one of the best locations, and I've never had any issues. The staff is always so kind, the food is always fresh, my order is correct, and I never feel like they skimped on ingredients. I would rather drive from Newburyport to this location than go to the one down the street from me.

For a fast good chain, it delivers on expectations. Quick, and a little healthier than McDonald's. Price is good about 17 bucks for what you see in the pic.

The lady Melissa that acts like the manager but come to find out isn't, has the worst customer service skills ever, the coffee was cold so I told her and she claimed she just put it out there's no way and continued to argue with me about how it's not cold. And then told me to go somewhere else. I'm a paying customer she is disrespectful and rude.

Purchased a cup of soup for $9, it was prob a little less than a measured cup with 1 piece of chicken in it.. will not go here again, seacoast soups is a much healthier choice and better value.
The food is always hit or miss. Today ordered two salads, both were horrible and the avocado was old and brown. Not appealing at all. Won't be returning to this location

Absolute nightmare staff, management, well fed with the mistakes you make at the teller machines. Always an issue. This time 44.00 for two sandwiches and one drink do don’t make it. I offered to pay. Well fed management rolled her eyes and said we’ll go pay, not I’ll take the money and put it in the machine for you. Go way over there and get me a ticket number, type attitude. 2 screaming kids I just let it go. But writing this as she feeds herself a free drink, sweating profusely making to go sandwiches. Panera is subway with cute colors. Not coming back.
