I ordered the smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich, it was horrible the whole sandwich was all BBQ sauce the bread was even wicked soggy from it even though it was toasted. If you go around 8 pm and ever get that sandwich you'll want to ask for a little bbq sauce. But the girl that takes the orders in the front is so nice.

My apple was soft, bruised, and scarred. The sandwich looked fine until I sniffed it and it reeked of pickles. I ordered a plain turkey and cheese, you couldn't remake the sandwich or just use new bread? You insult me with the apple and you destroyed the easiest sandwich. Absolutely trash.

Walked in and tried to communicate with the person in front of store...he stared at us with a blank look. I waited and tried again same no response at all! Then my friend tried...he got same blank look. Noone else was seen in store it was not busy.....we walked out. This person could have even responded by a raised hand or some sign of acknowledgement? Instead nothing........goes beyond rude to just plain sad!
