This is one of the best locations, and I've never had any issues. The staff is always so kind, the food is always fresh, my order is correct, and I never feel like they skimped on ingredients. I would rather drive from Newburyport to this location than go to the one down the street from me.
Wonderful employees. Great food. The only downside, I like to work on my computer early morning and there is only one outlet to plug into. Not a bad thing UNLESS, the guy who lies in the parking lot who NEVER showers comes in and decides to sit right next to you. The odor is so unbearable, I had to move across the restaurant just to evade him. Really disgusting and this one thing ruins the overall rating for this Panera.
Pretty standard Panera bread location. Was the cleanest one I've been to lately. Food could have been prepared better. But honestly it is what's expected from fast food.
