So be aware that even though they have a sign on the front door that says open until 8 for carry out or dine in, if they are short handed, they tell you “we stopped seating at 7”. Not only that, they don’t even greet you and just tell you that they can’t serve you. Very rude, unprofessional, managers. I asked them for their name so that I could report to corporate and they refused. Then one of them yelled “just get out”. I didn’t raise my voice or act threatening or anything. Terrible terrible staff that clearly doesn’t understand business or customer service. Very frustrated for some reason. Don’t go there. You’ll regret the experience. I would love it if the franchise owner or regional manager would contact me.

The food is always made the way I like it and it's fresh and hot. The staff is friendly and attentive. I've been going here for many years and always enjoy it. My only small issue is they could put more sauce on the boneless wings, otherwise no complaints.

One of my favorite pizza shops. My family and I stop at the one in Seabrook NH. It was Tuesday night. The place was empty. You could tell that it was hurting because of covid. (No help) the young lady greeted us and sat us right away.. I think she was the only one running the front part of the business. She was very pleasant, ,told us that the ice machine had broken so she had no cold drinks to offer us unless we want to buy drinks from the Togo cooler.(that was fine by us). Food came out hot and fresh and service was great.A+ for staff, though owner or management u get a D. Fix your equipment. You want employees to do a good job, give them the right tools!

I ordered an Edge Ultimate with extra cheese, Bread sticks, and brownie. With a delayed pickup time. I was late getting there by 15 minutes. The order was not complete the bread sticks were missing. had to wait for the next order to come out of the oven. When I got home the pizza was missing the tomatoes and was so over seasoned it was almost inedible. I will never order an edge pizza again. I like the concept and hate extra crust but this is a poor execution of the concept.

I ordered a pizza and a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi through your phone app. When my wife went to pick up the order she did not receive the Pepsi. This led her to believe that I had not ordered it so she purchased 2 smaller bottles of Pepsi. I checked the receipt she returned with and I saw that the 2 liter bottle was in fact ordered as indicated on the receipt. All ordered items should be provided and double checked by the employee serving the customer. This did not happen.
Closed at 8pm during the week… it is a pizza place. It is a delivery place… their phones answer and the endless message just rolls on and on. Finally drove up to the door to order and they were closed. Wow!

Horrible experience I’ve had in a long time. Me and my friend came here after a nice day in the beach to have something to eat. The lady in the blonde hair was extremely rude, cutting off my friend’s questions and just had such a bad attitude with us. Will not come here again.

Door says opens at 11:30. We arrived at 11:35...door locked... woman unlocks door and gives very dirty looks... very rude attitude... so we left... I can bring my money else where... and tips

I placed a delivery order on Saturday 04/17/2021 and my order was in the delivery vehicle for an hour. My food arrived cold and I am still waiting for a call from the management team as of 04/21/2021. I will never order from them again and felt I should share with my community. Next time you consider ordering from this location try a Digiorno from Market Basket. At least those are made to be reheated.
