Waited 22 minutes for the easiest drinks/order on the menu: cold brew (a draft pour) and plain hot coffee.
Context: ordered ahead via app; 2 people in line inside; 3 cars in drive-thru; 4 staff working
The order was ready 22 minutes from the time it was ordered.
Also, they poured the nitro a few minutes before the roasted coffee was even ready—it’s supposed to be poured last.

The parking lot here needs some serious civil engineering, the sensor on the traffic light when exiting needs to be fixed (just for example)....other than that it's chill

I get decaf & it really bugs me that they never tag their drinks or put that its decaf. I know, but it is a huge pet peeve for me. It drives me nuts. I like to see it say decaf. Other wise this location is phenomenal.

I am so happy to have a Starbucks near me. However, I am not sure what is happening with this one. The service has gone down hill since opening. Lately short staffed and closing of the store. Low stock, always out of flavoring, cold brew. Today I went at noontime. Got down the road took a sip of the iced coffee with cold foam and the cream was bad.

I ordered a Venti Lemonade refresher with and added boba. When it came out the lid they game me did not fit the straw and they also gave me a pitiful amount of boba for paying $1.25 extra.

Today I wanted to place an order at the drive-thru, and when I went up to the microphone to place my order, the woman working told me that she would be right with me. I was sitting in my car waiting for almost ten minutes before she got back to me. This location is typically very slow when it comes to service, which is very unfortunate, because I was looking forward to having a starbucks in this area. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with my experience here today.

I just wish the baristas would READ the label of my order. I just feel if I’m spending the money, I want my drink CORRECT. Complete opposite of how I ordered, they always need to remake it! Waste of their products. Do better

Horrible service. Everytime I’ve ordered online, I’ve sat waiting in the store waiting for my drink. Always a stupid excuse. They are under staffed and prioritize the drive thru. Always have different employees turning over.
Will not be returning, just no other Starbucks in the area.
