Today I wanted to place an order at the drive-thru, and when I went up to the microphone to place my order, the woman working told me that she would be right with me. I was sitting in my car waiting for almost ten minutes before she got back to me. This location is typically very slow when it comes to service, which is very unfortunate, because I was looking forward to having a starbucks in this area. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with my experience here today.

I just wish the baristas would READ the label of my order. I just feel if I’m spending the money, I want my drink CORRECT. Complete opposite of how I ordered, they always need to remake it! Waste of their products. Do better

Horrible service. Everytime I’ve ordered online, I’ve sat waiting in the store waiting for my drink. Always a stupid excuse. They are under staffed and prioritize the drive thru. Always have different employees turning over.
Will not be returning, just no other Starbucks in the area.

3 workers and no one knew how to make a Frappuccino, waited 15 mins and workers were swearing at each other... terrible and to ask for a tip when you can't even make a drink.

10 people behind the counter, 3 of them actually doing something. Drive through goes way faster than walk in. As it took 10 minutes to get a black iced cofffee that one of them could have poured in 5 seconds.

I have been sitting in the drive thru for 40 minutes and there is still another car in front of me who’s been in front of the window for 5 minutes now. This isn’t the first time either. I don’t understand how this is even conceivably possible. Not to mention once you are in you can’t get out. Awful

This Starbucks makes great Starbucks coffee/espresso. Each time we have been to visit family and online order #1, it is never wrong. #2 The espresso never tastes burnt.
The employees are very friendly and always professional.

As a partner this service is unacceptable. Waited around 20 minutes in line for two drinks. Barista at the window was unfriendly, walked away from the window, and refused to make conversation. Unacceptable, rude service and every drink took way too long despite there being, visibly, several employees on the floor.
The coffees were mediocre and not stirred well; my white chocolate mocha had syrup still at the bottom. Lacks consistency and craft. This location is lacking and needs assistance; will not be returning.
