Food was what I expected. Good. Dining room was a mess. Ask tables were dirty had to clean a table to eat. Floors needed cleaning/swept. Oda fountain was dirty and wet.

they asked if I wanted to donate $1 for a coupon book and I said no and they charged me anyway!
Just pulled in to order a quick drive thru meal but half the staff was smoking outside in the parking lot. At least 5 of them. Hate that this is the kind of quality and service that’s in town. Would recommend EVERY other location over this one. Absolute trash and completely unprofessional.

Don't bother coming here. Management underpass and it shows. Rude employees, 30 minute drive through times for 5 cars. Sat for a half an hour waiting for a taco bell combo meal, only to give up after going inside to find them understaffed and overworked. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed of themselves.

The worst customer service .. this place needs all new employees ... maybe stop hiring the ones who can't work with the public and are rude as hell , hire people that wanna do a job they were hired for ..... you pay for extras and they don't give it lol so what was I charged extra for? This place is a joke , I will never go there again !
Check your chicken bucket!!!!! Ordered a 8 piece chicken only got 6 pieces . Found this out when I got home. Had lunch with my grandson, no utensils or napkins out for dinning area, Or with order. Kids meal not worth the money. This place needs help.

not one to write reviews or complain as ive work in this type of environment (dunkins) but extremely rude employees tonight. if i come in and order a taco i shouldnt hear you in the background complaining or saying to let customers know no more tacos for the night. its 10pm your not closing right this second and if im coming to taco bell they should serve tacos not the mention the other customers also irritated by this got home and my order was wrong as well??♀️ never again
