I always wait to go to this store hoping it gets better. But the Taco Bell is just bad. I was very specific about my special instructions. I got the wrong ingredients and cold food. AGAIN. Needless to say after waiting like 6 months to try this store again hoping it gets better. I find it's poor every time I go.

It's taco bell. Can only compare against other taco bells and fast food. And so I'm comparison to those, 4 star. They had some prep issues and I had to wait in parking lot for food from drive thru. Food was warm and made properly.

Very slow and seems to be out of everything at the moment. Drive thru customers were literally coming inside to fix their drinks due to them being out of ice behind the counter. Also the restaurant needs a deep cleaning. The men’s restroom was disgusting.

Would give less than 1 star if i could. Place is a disaster. Constantly getting orders wrong. Never listen apparently. Sat at the window so long waiting for the correct order that when i got home all the other food was cold. Kid who took the order was rolling his eyes as if i was the problem. Maybe if you listened to the intercom correctly and typed the right stuff in , wouldnt be an issue. Even told them at the window what it was supposed to be and still messed it up

This location has been terrible going on 10 years now. Staff is always rude and miserable. Light on menu in drive through never works so you can't see the menu. I've waited over 25 minutes for my normal 2 person order before, not exaggerating either. Some times they are closed during normal business hours. It's never gotten better. Idk if this is just the norm for all Taco Bells now or this specific one has just been forgotten about.

Taco Bell employees don’t take their position in customer service seriously it’s been consistent with this location for the food to be served after waiting nearly 10 mins each time and they have yet to put everything in the bags they are handing out the window therefor leaving customers without the full meal they paid for and waited an extra few minutes for. Pooor service and terrible employees.
Don't get taco bell there, limited menu, terrible drive through experience after Hampton Beach day trip. Took so long to order food, only ended up getting extremely small portions of KFC for 1 child. Went to different location for taco bell. Not recomended for fast service.

Only at this Taco Bell can you order a Burrito meal and somehow get 2 tacos. I am fully convinced that I have not received a single correct order from this place in the past 10 years. Not to mention that it's consistently filthy in there, and the staff treat it like you're asking them to build a skyscraper when you just ask for what you ordered. I have gambled every time I have gone here for years and every single time I've lost. Please for the love of god just shut this place down.
