Always a fun night out. Great games, great ambiance, great food. And very nice staff.

They have zero clue how to manage events. Went to a celebrity meet and greet here and we were told we could start lining up at 6:30pm. At 6:00 we discovered the line was already wrapping around several rooms. Waited in line for FOUR HOURS. When we finally got to the room, we were some of the last people to actually get in before the doors closed. After waiting in another line, at the last second with maybe 3 people in front of us, we were cut off and the meet and greet ended.
Staff seemed VERY under equipped and were doing nothing to help keep things smooth. At any other event of this size/length I've been to, probably 3x as many people get through. Can't speak to the casino itself but do not go to events here. Everything was so poorly managed. When we walked out, empty handed, the line was still wrapped around the room because staff apparently didn't let people know they wouldn't be able to get in or get anything.

The Brook has done a great job with the renovation. It is a fun stop to have a meal at nine dragons, which I must say has a delicious menu. We had chicken and broccoli and loved it. Not your average chinese food menu. I highly recommended it. We actually stop by once a week and grab a bite. Fun day or night date . Made some money too. But, play responsibility.

A C minus/D plus at beat. Everything was oily, mai tai’s were way too sweet and tasted nothing like a maintai, 1.5 hour wait for marginal food, no fortune cookies, WONT EVER RETURN. You want GREAT Chinese food go to Yang Ming in Amesbury. 10 star.

I went to The Brook for the second time today. Compared to other Casinos, the slot machines at The Brook do not pay. You bet a dollar, and if you win, you win a nickel back. Even the "big wins" are only a couple of dollars.
You will probably do much better at another casino.

Nice way to spend the day. Something different to do. You don't have to be a gambler to enjoy this space. Very friendly staff. Yummy food and drinks. They offer a variety of entertainment as well.

The casino is like any other casino busy, but we went for the 9 Dragons restaurant that is amazing, great service. The food is good as well. You do need to plan ahead for the restaurant as it gets very busy, and the wait can be up to 2 hours. Highly recommended and will be coming back.

Love the electronic craps table and they have a decent progressive video poker, slots are pretty bad payouts but it's a good place to go. No hotel, so that's a downside.
