The online ordering system wasn’t working. For the first time in 50 years of eating at Wendy’s the food was not good.

Waited in line close to 15 minutes between ordering and paying for my food. After paying for my food, it was Inedible. The girl inside looked at it and dumped it all back in the bag. I had to throw it away total Rude and would not give me a refund. I said report to Corp.she said go ahead

Ordered 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers and waited in drive thru for about 15 min and got 2 burgers with just pickles and onions
For one reason or the other my card won't work and my server let me go even when I insisted I'll be back to pay. It's out of the way for me...about 9 miles but this place is my go to now.
