Asked for a 32 oz rush with a little ice and received a 24oz loaded with ice. Three big sips and it was nothing but ice. Boy at the window cussing loud enough for my 6 year old to hear it. Think I’ll stick to buying somewhere else

Not all AJ 's have a dine-in setup. But the coffee is the best and the staff at every AJ's I've been to are friendly and wonderful. I stopped going to Dunkins now that they all seem to be operated by unsupervised and untrained children. Dunking Donuts has changed considerably and for the worst.

I hate to leave a review like this but I’m doing so with the hopes that it will help the site. - today I went to the drive thru and was in line for 20+ before I placed my order l - I would have certainly got out of line, because clearly they were extremely busy but you cannot get out of line- there’s curbs on both sides and I had cara behind me - the lady at the first window was so nice, and apologetic. I placed my order for a small hot chocolate and payed at the first window. I give a $5 bill and leave the tip with the rest because she was very kind. - I get to the second window I’m waiting, two minutes go by, three, four, five and still nothing. This is now a 30 minute hot chocolate. - I left- that’s not typical of me but I didn’t even see a body near the window. I could have got to Walmart bought the hot skillet, milk, and hot chocolate in that time. - this was absurd, and I feel really bothered by this for a few reasons.
1. You should ALWAYS be able to get out of line 2. I gave money before I received my order- and didn’t get my order (because I left yes) 3. That girl was working her butt off, but I’m not convinced she wasn’t the only soul in the booth. They need help.

Update: Brian from Aroma Joes immediately reached out and apologized for my experience and made it right. I can’t wait to go back and try a “clean “ cup because the brew was tasty. These guys care about their product and their customers. Stay tuned for final review! LOL
