Went twice in the same day. First time ever at Aroma Joes. Coffee and breakfast sandwitch with the biscuits was delishious! However, when we went back at 8PM on saturday, they were apparently drive-through only? No sign stating that, just that they were open until 9pm. Not really a big deal, but having a sign would have been nice, just an idea

Been going to this aroma joes since they opened back when they served drinks in styrofoam cups and used Red Bull for their rushes (wish they still used red bull). Great crew people just need to be patient.

Easily the best aroma joes I have ever been to!!!!!! I used to frequently go here on my breaks at school and I have never had such great costumer service anywhere! Specifically Amanda and Katie are incredibly kind and welcoming everyday no matter how busy and under staffed they are. I have watched these girls make drinks in a minute or less they are amazing. They are always considerate of everyone’s time, and apologizing if there was a wait (which is out of their control). Their costumer service alone is the reason why i choose this locations over others. Keep up the great work <3

I’m sorry but this is by far the slowest AJs I’ve ever been to. I feel for them if they’re short staffed, but I just waited 15 minutes for 1 rush after already waiting 15 min in the drive thru line. I used to work at AJs for years so I know it doesn’t take nearly that long to make a rush. This has happened so many times I finally decided to write a review. It’s also wicked annoying that the drive thru is constructed in a way that you can’t bail if you want to- you’re stuck there. Hope management sees this and hires some more people or something.
This is crazy. I've been waiting in line for 30 minutes. 4 cars infront of me. I could of went across the street to walmart, bought coffee, went home, brewed it, and it would of been faster then this.

Drive thru wait time almost 10 minutes per vehicle which is massively inconvenient when there is no way to exit the drive thru once cars have entered behind you. Was supposed to be a quick trip and have been here for almost 40 minutes with 3 cars still in front of us before we even order. That food better be good!!Edit: the food/drinks were great but we were there for about another 25. We realized it was only one girl working Sunday late morning rush and she looked younger, possibly newer, and at the very least exhausted. She should have had some help. Unfair.
