ordered 6 meals for my shop with herseys pies. missing 1 meal and herseys pies. Burger king email says they can only settle with a 15 dollar coupon. the meal and pies were more than that on the 60+ dollar order. I guess ill go have the bank fix this instead since the restaurant refuses to.

I LOVE burger king. But if they could stop leaving stuff out of my orders? Spending 3 bucks on a drink, 4 bucks on a small snack, 3 bucks on a burger, that stuff adds up. I am SO sick of the app thinking im trying to scam just because the employees ALWAYS forget something. It'd be fine if it wasnt every single time I ordered, but its every. Single. Time.

This is probably the worst Burger King in the state. The food is always cold and/or wrong, the staff range from indifferent to hostile and service is slower than a 3 toed sloth. Basically, they suck at what they do and you shouldn't waste your money here. Go literally anywhere else.

Got chicken fries with a order tonight and they were hard as a rock even with sauce I thought I was gonna break a tooth
Dinning room is closed randomly with no signs posted on the door forcing people into the drive thru (this was at noon on a Sunday). Drive thru experience took 20+minutes due to lounge being closed. While at the window waiting for my food is counted 5 employees standing around. A few of them making vulgar jokes about the customers confused the lobby was closed. Will not be back.

I honestly don't recommend this place to anyone. It's pretty said how I don't feel comfortable going here and that I have to drive 20 minutes out to get some bk. As well as today I went on to get my husband and I food first off I got 2 chicken sandwiches with no lettuce and french fries. Well the sandwiches both came lettuce so much husband went back to get a new one and that same thing happen. Then one top of sucking it up with lettuce we noticed MOLD on multiple spots of the bread. Also there's homeless all over there people arguing and people selling drugs right outside the place.
