TRINA IS VERY RUDE!!!
This is the 3rd time I've been to this location and she is
1. RUDE
2. LAZY (ESPECIALLY BECAUSE SHE LIES ABOUT NOT HAVING CERTAIN THINGS IF THEY'RE OUT BACK AND THEN THE OTHER EMPLOYEES ARE GRACIOUS ENOUGH TO CORRECT HER AND WALK 5 FT TO THE BACK TO GET WHAT TRINA REFUSED)
3. WALKED OUT IN THE BEGINNING OF HER SHIFT THIS MORNING RIGHT IN FRONT OF EVERYONE AND LEFT THE OTHER GIRLS TO FEND FOR THEMSELVES (after a phone call she said she was going to "make the excuse of grabbing supplies" from another location to see someone who had called her)
4. Told me directly, after I offered to wait for the croissants to heat up from out back, "We don't want you waiting in here" with a snarky attitude 😒

Please someone put her in her place because the other girls working have to suffer, not to mention the location's customer service!!??

Only been going to this branch for 3 weeks am a paying customer. Only once asked for two breakfast sandwiches. Told the manager they were wrong even mentioning I told her twice what I wanted. Was told I'm rude and now when I go in she won't handle my order but will chime in when a fellow worker does it. Very rude management they even claim they're going to call the cops on me and hit me with a trespass order. Even though Im only there when there open and I have cash. Corporate will be called

The person at the window was rude. She first handed me stuff I didn't order them when I told her it wants mine she with an attitude asked what the heck did you order. I told her she went away then came back with my drinks and donuts I asked her about my hash browns and she made the comment to be patient they weren't ready then she passed me off to a young boy then when I asked for her name as I could see her no one knew her name! This took place Saturday Dec 8th around 10 am

This place used to be my favorite one in my area but now I see how the employees an the manager really are . They r so rude an disrespectful to loyal customers . I go here Monday thru Friday every morning I order the same thing every time . I ask if they can heat up my snack bacon usually they roll there eyes an do it but this time they didn't even cook it it was raw lady next to me even agreed I asked nicely if they can fix it , yes they were busy I gwt that an if it wasn't raw I wouldn't of said anything but I'm not getting sick from eating raw bacon I had my 2 kids with me an the manager yelled we r NOT heating snack bacon anymore , she said It was insane that I asked to fix it an kept mumbling comments about me I could hear what was said others could to . Makes you feel so uncomfortable an embarrassing if my kids weren't with me I would of addressed her issue there but I was respectful an said I'm calling corpate an I left hopefully something happens I'm so sick of company's employees being disrespectful to customers an it's the customers fault always it's ridiculous if u don't like ur job or can't do it right shouldn't be working there don't take out ur frustrations on customers specially in front of ppl an when ur standing right there

Never dealt with such incompetent people in my life. I don't understand how there can be such a breakdown between the words someone speaks and what people hear. Consistent terrible gross coffee, pretty sure I just drank chemicals, hand it back and wait 8 minutes to be handed a completely wrong different coffee. Never again with this place. If you plan on stopping here just do yourself a favor and keep driving.

Poor service nasty staff swore at me and told me to get out of her store after complaining about faulty lid on cup and burning my self! Shame on Dunkin, that is why they are going out of business. I will never go there again!

tried out a new dunkins as it was closer to my new home.. do not come here. from other reviews, you can tell their food standard is not where it should be. apparently, their drink standard is on the same level. i drink strictly decaf coffee, and was completely understanding the first time they messed up my order. but the second time? i got intense food poisoning. i do not remember the last time i was this sick… not sure if something was expired, but don’t waste your time here.

I have been a customer at this location for some time. I like most people have seen a steady and deep decline in quality and service.

Based on what I have observed I feel the issue stems from one employee. The larger woman who works typically the food area has a rude attitude. I have witnessed her intimidating other staff members to the point of making them cry as well as attempt to intimidate customers. She routinely burns food and forgets pieces of the orders. Typically based on my observations as a customer because she is yelling and being rude to the other staff members as well as sarcastically rolling her eyes.

Most of the other staff members seem genuinely nice and caring like it used to be. It appears to be 1 rotten donut ruining the dozen in my opinion.

Until this employee is removed I will be taking my business to other locations that provide great caring services and do not foster toxic work environments for the benefit of one ill behaving individual.

They know how to make my coffee went in on July 25th and I am handicap and couldn't park in a handicap spot cause there were motorcycles parked there that is every night
