I don't know why I even bother going here even though it is at the end of my street. The staff is always rude, always openly complaining about coworkers, customers etc. I went there today when I usually go to another location that is over 2 miles away from me and got a coffee, a sandwich and hash browns. I asked at the drive thru for a cold foam cover because I had cold foam on my coffee, she gave me a med lid for a large coffee and I sat there waiting for someone to come back, 3 different people looked at me but never came back over. I got home and my hash browns as seen in the picture were a bag of pieces, not a single intact hash brown. Don't bother going here unless you want to see/hear unhappy employees who don't care about their jobs.

if you go anytime after 7 PM and you would like a hot coffee, it won’t be hot. It’ll be lukewarm because they stop making fresh coffee at a certain time. I just picked up a medium coffee. I had to put it in the microwave for two minutes, it was almost an iced coffee

Staff is rude and very impatient, they don't like when customers choose their own donuts when buying dozens and hurry you along, way too expensive for subpar coffee that is always burnt and donuts that aren't worth .50 cents a piece that are way over priced!!! I don't recommend, your better off at cumberland farms and considerably cheaper!!!!!!

Watched a young boy drop donut holes on the floor that I ordered for MY KIDS and put them in the box and proceed to deny it after being confronted and called junkies out of spite.
