Went in at 2. Ovens and toasters weren’t working. They didn’t put cream cheese on my un toasted bagel. There was two people in there and one of them was just standing there doing nothing. Not my first experience like this. Spending all this money for not even good service? Rude workers, no manager. Where is the manager? Every time I go in and ask to talk to her she had left as well.

I tried really hard to give this location a chance, as someone who’s worked customer service (and at this particular franchise) I get that work can be stressful. However, I’d definitely recommend going to any of the other locations nearby, which there are many. They never have consistency in their products (syrups, especially) and the staff are either unhelpful, or straight up rude. I went today and was told the ovens were not working so they couldn’t even do food. This was after they said they didn’t have any of the syrups I wanted. I’m just disappointed every time I go. Even the Rochester one has friendlier staff and shorter wait times.

Avoid at all costs if you have anywhere to be, at all. Unacceptably slow service.

There has been a whole change of staff almost overnight. The crew that was there in the mornings were fast efficient friendly and they made the best coffee (the way it should be per DD standards) within the past week there are new workers, you sit waiting in the drive thru even if you are the only car, and most importantly, the coffee is horrible. It taste like chemical water with cream and ice. It doesn’t even look like coffee, it’s almost translucent. It sucks because I finally found a Duncan near work that made perfect coffee and now I have to drive out of the way to go to a different one. If I find out where the old staff went I will go there instead. Skip the trip if you actually want decent coffee.

Waited at drive-thru with no one else in line. The worker said she'll be right with me. Four and a half minutes later still nobody came back. I said hello into the speaker and no response. I drove up to the window and I could see three employees and hear two griping and complaining about something. I had to get their attention at the window to let them know I was there as they still ignored me. The young girl opened the window and doesn't say anything to me - just looked at me. I said, "I have an on to go coffee order which is probably sitting right there on the counter and I've been waiting at the speaker for four and a half minutes and nobody got back to me". No apology, no nothing - just handed me the coffee. Poor service and attitude.

I love this Dunkin'! Sometimes I have to stir my own coffee but the short wait times make up for it.

The Manager was screaming at her employees. Poor guy was doing the best he could and she was laying into him. To top it off he wasn’t even doing bad and the girl making my sandwich was a moron.

Look I love this location, But my stop there this morning was not the greatest. I gave 3 stars because most of the staff were great except for two girls, I never got their names but to sit there and make fun of someone’s drink order and loud enough that I could hear was beyond rude. Yes I know that my drink is unusual and lighter in color than most, but I prefer it that way, but these girls customer service was horrible, they were making fun of my drink knowing I could hear them and made eye contact with me a bunch of times, then when the drink was done she just left it on the counter and didn’t even say anything. What if I wasn’t paying attention, I did have my 3 year old with me, whom I was trying to entertain during the wait, she kept looking at me as I got my drink with a smirk like it was the greatest thing to know it was my drink she was making fun of, miss ma’am you need to go back and redo your customer service training because you obviously didn’t pay attention to any of it. I love this location but I’m less inclined to stop there now, that alone made me uncomfortable.
