10/10 experience every single time I go in there. The nicest employees and overall just a cool place. There is a guy I see there every time I have been into the store, I think he might be the manager and you can tell he genuinely cares about customer experience. Such an awesome place to grab a quick lunch! Highly recommend!!!!

Was a Moe’s Sub fan from when they were a tiny shop on Daniel St. Portsmouth, 1971. But, times change. I would take a Jersey Mikes any day over a Moe’s. Yes, JM subs are that good. The veggies have crunch, fresh and tasty. Who doesn't like freshly sliced meats!! That is a big plus. Fresh bread, not bag bread, makes the sandwich that much better.

Was hesitant, but got the tuna (#10) on rosemary parm bread with only lettuce, onions, and hot pepper relish. It was decent (6.5/10), but I couldn't detect any onion and the tuna was a little more wet than I prefer. Is mixed with small celery chunks and flavor was good 🤘🏻 Def beats Subway tuna. Will order exact same again to test for consistency and provide update and photo.

Ordered through the app, after waiting for ten minutes past the ready time, was informed they didn’t have any bread and it would be another 15 minutes at least. You are a sandwich place and bake your own bread, how do you run out?

Me and my wife love jersey mikes. However the consistency is wild.
We’ve recently been taking birthing classes nearby so we have gotten it once a week for the past 8 weeks.
Out of 8 weeks half of our orders have been incorrect, usually missing sauces or one or two ingredients. My last order was missing lettuce, tomato, onion, oil and vinegar.
I have never written a bad review at any restaurant, but it’s frustrating when your order is constantly wrong.
When it’s made correctly it’s great, it’s just sad that half the time it’s made wrong. Jersey mikes isn’t cheap, so it’s frustrating when you can’t count on consistency.
This sub was “giant” so I could share… literally all bread. Beyond disappointed. For the cost- this is not what I expected. Now he gets crust since I’m not sharing the spoonful of whatever that is on there.
