I used to love jersey mikes when I lived in Colorado and it’s still yummy but today was the third time I ordered from here and I have yet to have a correct online order— add the correct toppings please!! Super disappointing.

I invited my family to Jersey Mike’s since I had just recently tried it out. I thought it would be a good experience. However, with our service today, my family have stated they’d never go to this location again. It was busy at 12-1pm so I understand where service could’ve fallen lack-luster. The sandwich builders seemed generally disorganized and mistakes were being made which held the customer line up. The entire dine-in experience took about a hour, with it taking 45 minutes for us to finally get our food. When we were given the food, we were given extra sandwiches and charged for them when we all wanted the regular size. A mistake was made on my sandwich where we clearly stated to not put oil on it, which is a food allergy restriction that I have. The person handling vegetables and checking people out were nice enough. However, today, the person taking orders and cutting the meat was extremely distasteful!! I watched him give bad attitude to one of his coworkers for making a simple mistake, which was awkward as it was in front of everyone. When I had gone to order, not understanding he wasn’t ready for my part of the order, he cut me off with a bluntly rude, “Woah WOAH, WOAH what’s going ON?!?!” To me. I was extremely taken aback by his attitude. He must’ve been having a bad day, but I was so uncomfortable that I left my partner to do the rest of the ordering. My family said they would have left based off that instance, if we hadn’t been standing there for 35 minutes waiting in line. Therefore, I am leaving this with a two star. I will not be back to this location and would rather drive 25 more minutes to Portsmouth, where it even costs more. We ended up spending about $80 for a family of five. Two stars because the food was good despite the mistakes. Other than that, quite embarrassing to have a family outing off my recommendation and it be such a bad experience.

I am not one to make negative reviews, but I am simply appalled by the conditions of this restaurant. At least 2 people were on their cell phones while handling customers, what are the chances they washed their hands afterward? I witnessed multiple health/food code violations such as; hair not being tied up with length longer than shoulders, wiping food off of the counter with a rag that was picked up from the floor, spraying said rag with cleaner and continuing to clean the counters, not switching gloves when handling different foods, etc. To continue, there were multiple orders being switched, frankly, the order of operations was not running smoothly. I love Jersey Mike’s food, but I am not comfortable coming to this location anymore.

We moved to Dover, NH about two years ago and our previous location had a Jersey Mike's. Now, I've got several close to my new home and just love the way they build a sub. My all time favorite is the #9; Club Supreme done Mike's way! Turkey, roast beef, provolone cheese, apple wood smoked bacon and mayo! Add shredded lettuce, tomatoes, some sweet peppers and that great vinaigrette they use and you've got yourself a winner! This is a chain and the shops tend to be very consistent. In my humble opinion, I find Jersey Mike's to be one of the best sub shops out there. Enjoy!
I ordered a steak and cheese sub from Jersey Mike's subs this evening for the first time. I used Uber Eats for delivery.I wasn't able to order from my usual place because I moved and I am now outside of their delivery zone. So I was nervous ordering from a new place... But oh so pleasantly surprised!The size of my sub didn't appear very large for what I paid which made me even more nervous. And it was only thinly stuffed with steak and cheese. But I have to say it was AWESOME! So different in flavor from what I was expecting but in a really great way!And it wasn't super greasy like a lot of places. And it was so easy for me to chew, not gristly! Even the bread was great! I loved it all!I do wish they had stuffed the sandwich a little more... ButI will totally be ordering from them again in the future. Next time, I'm getting extra large haha.Another note: when I called to talk with the manager to tell him what a great job it was, even the manager was really nice to talk with. (Some of my previous favorite places had rude management and dispositions. So this, too, was a pleasant surprise!)Now I can't wait to order from them again!
