We always drive by Kelley's and I'm so glad we finally stopped in. I haven't been to Kelley's Row since the early 2010s when they were located in Dover (this spot is better since parking is plentiful and free). We came for Friday dinner, and waited about 15 minutes for a table. Our waitress was super friendly and it was fun to see a local spot so cozy and busy.
