They seemed like they were being rushed.I thought they had to move the line fast and quickly. Made me feel like a number in line waiting to get picked. The food was pretty good. I order regular and got extra crispy. It still was t bad. I order the 8 pieces meal. It was a bit costly.

Went here for a mobile order hoping to get in and out quickly because we had a young child with us. When I went in the woman behind the order shelf was trying to figure out who the bag she was holding was for. I asked her if it might be mine, she snapped at me, really crabby "you've got to wait, I'm trying to do my job here". I waited until she set the bag on the shelf and looked, it was mine. Grabbed it and took it home to eat. Missing: Fries and drink hat were part of the meal I purchased. The chicken nuggets were so tiny, my 4 year old was still hungry, especially because he got no fries of drink. Half of the nuggets were the 1/2" diced piece of meat with breading. Nothing like the advertisement. The chicken sandwiches were very good though. No receipt was attached so I couldn't log on to let them know. Tried calling the number on maps, it screeches like it's a fax line. There should be a way to contact this restaurant and their employee needs customer service training.

Worst staff ever
Ordered our food before 6pm asked for delivery. Order was supposed to be delivered a little after 6. Then it was moved up to 7 then to 739. When it was delivered the driver yelled at my husband for calling him asking where our food was. He never answered his phone. Food was cold and we live 5 minutes from KFC. IT it cost so much and the food was cold and portions were only for one. It didn't say that on the website. Terrible experience. Driver was so rude yelling at us.
If i could give it a zero star I would the only good thing about going in here was the wonderful older lady taking out order. Waited 25 min for 1 taco supreme crunch wrap that was it. I specified multiple times at the counter NO TOMATOES on anything its even on the receipt.....my daughter takes a bite and look tomatoes.....this place needs better management threw the food out wasnt wasting more of my time waiting on 1 food item if someone specifies not to add something because they cant have it and its on the receipt they should be more careful and mindful seems to have very clueless workers and just dont care about the customers

The chicken tenders were overcooked, and the chicken tasted like it was cooked in old oil The mashed potatoes and gravy looked old as well. Will never go there again.

Great for using the app but as far as how the food will be cooked is hit or miss... service sucks...never seen so many unhappy people (I mean I get it, its hot as heck & you're always overworked and understaffed but at least fake a quik smile and be polite bcuz we didn't cause it & we may even have some empathy for you and possibly even slide u a tip . You get what you give people!!

One of the worst run fast food places I’ve ever been. Their customer service is the worse. I have numerous bad experiences with this location. The most memorable wa time forgetting to give me an item the next day instead of refunding me they forced me to take their Cole slaw that I should have enjoyed with my meal the previous night. So you replace my Cole slaw and offer nothing else for your mistake. Now tonight I go and order a 14 piece they said they don’t have. In awkward silence they didn’t even offer a replacement or any suggestions. Rude customer service and badly run. It’s been like that for years so I assume it starts with management.

Updating this review because the service that I just had was AWFUL!!! THEY gave me disgusting OLD dried crusty cold rubbery food. couldn't order what I was trying to order Because she was rushing me. ended up throwing everything in the trash. didn't want to risk getting sick. it also smell really bad like rotten garbage smell. my husband ate a lot of it. Once I started eating mine, I told him because he had no sense of smell or taste. Then he ended up throwing it out. I really hope he does not get sick tonight.

Don't trust this place.
3rd time in a row they forgot at least part of my order and between drive time and remake took 2 round trips and 2 hours to eat from when I first left the house to get my meal.
The tacos were just disappointing.
