We've been coming here for a long time. Since before they changed name. It's always been good food and great service. Service/food dipped a little when they made a changeover causing us to stop going. However, we recently gave it another change and they have definately fixed themselves. We will definately start coming back. Everything was delicious!!!

Incredible staff and delicious food! If you like adding extra hot sauce to food ask for their in house made habanero sauce, it’s fantastic!

We just moved to the area and tried takeout a couple of weeks ago, then dined in twice. The service, food, portions, and prices have impressed me every time. I consider myself a foodie, and while I’m not picky, I’m often underwhelmed dining out since I can usually cook similar dishes at home. Not here—everything is thoughtful, well-prepared, and even presented nicely. Great service.

This is the highest quality Mexican Restaurant in the area. The Margaritas are actual handmade Margaritas (as opposed to premade concoctions with a shot of 51% tequila), the tableside guac is top tier, and the food is fantastic (strongly recommend the Molcajete).

Incredible. Best mexican food in New Hampshire. I ordered the carne asada and highly recommend it. Chips and house salsa were also great. The service was outstanding, Raul took great care of me.

Hands down the best Mexican around. Service is amazing, the food is consistent and so good, but also seems to be even better every time If that’s possible. Salsa is to die for, the drinks, elite. I recommend the queso with chorizo as your app. Can’t wait to go back again

Ay Jalisco was a quick stop that proved to be amazing. The previous restaurant at this location was lackluster at best.
I ordered some classics to see where they stood on preparation and was pleasantly surprised. From flavor, to execution, to incredible service. Look for them to change thier name soon. I was told they were waiting on some paperwork to go through, then they will become Vaqueros.... love the traditional southern Mexican cuisine. Looking forward to coming back.
