Almost $13 sandwich. Order Bacon lettuce and cheese. Get home and this is what I got. A strip and half of bacon and about a lb of lettuce 🤢

Great service if you can actually get a server. I’m normally not all that bothered by things like this as I work in customer service. However, it is not the first time I have gone to this specific establishment and had no one acknowledge that there was a customer in the building. No employee to be found. On one particular occasion I waited 20 mins in the lobby to grab lunch and had to leave because no one approached the counter. Today I had a similar experience. But this time I called the store while STANDING in the lobby to hopefully get service. That was after 10 mins.

I took my person for lunch on Thursday September 5th. He ordered peproni and she was serving to him. Suddenly she sneeze ? but no mask on it. She was telling " i hate peproni". He feel bad after heard hating peproni from her.

Every time I personally come into subway. I always have a wonderful experience with the manger and the people who work there. The food is always great ?? and the store is always clean and. The food is always great. I don't have one negative thing to say about the somersworth store.

The manager of this location desperately
needs to be retrained in customer service. I can not recall a time that I have gone in where she has so much as said hello to me. Whether I am the only customer or there is a line, she treats everyone as though she has more important things to do than take your order. Today when I went in, she was behind the deli, with it open, no line and as usual, avoided eye contact and didn't acknowledge that I had walked in. I opened my subway app so I could load the QR code and waited. After a few minutes she finally said "are you ready now?" with a snarky attitude. I told her Ive been ready and was waiting on her, to which she replied "you were playing on your phone so i thought id give you a few minutes" I again told her that I did not need a minute and began to order. She did not look at or say another word to me. Normally I would not write a negative review, as I understand everyone has bad days but unfortunately, I haven't had a different experience with this woman and according to her co-workers, who have expressed their frustrations towards her in other instances, neither have they.

service is great! Uber drivers and customers beware...Uber Eats map does NOT recognize this restaurant and pings it .4 miles away. Therefore you CANNOT complete the order, end up having to have customer service cancel, and keep customer's food. you are only compensated $3. Uber never fixes the map issue. Place is great otherwise..its not their fault it is Uber's! Customers placing orders beware we cannot verify your order and therefore cannot bring it to you.

Came in at 12:10 to see what I assume is the manager sitting down writing a schedule in the dining room, while one employee was stuck helping all the guests inside. Seems kind if an odd way to run a business. That employee should quit and find a new place of employment that actually cares, because this ain't it.
