Had an allergy and said no tomatoes 🍅 then started to eat the crunch wrap and no surprise tomatoes. Now my boyfriend has to take a bit for me since this has happened numerous times. If you complain through the app/website they will give you a voucher

I have been to this KFC/tacobell multiple times as it's the closest to my house. Every time I order, there is at least 1 thing wrong with my order, and I wait in the drive-thru line for 15-25 minutes. I wish I could order online and pick it up, but unfortunately, this tacobell location is not online and only shows KFC online. It's not the best location I've been to , but it's Taco Bell. Not a 5 star restaurant.

Really good decent people that work here. The food is 75 to 80 Usually good and fine. The wait times are atrocious though, especially in drive-thru or just in general.

I have always liked chicken. Do not waste your money on their tenders. They give you tiny pieces. Go to Borderline Beverages down the road. You'll get four times as much for same price. It's a different recipe but very delicious!

Was very kind and helpful, asked us if we were okay like a waiter would do.
I had ordered a Crunch wrap supreme with no tomatoes, when I opened the bag the wrap was paper thin as there was little to no meat in the wrap. I then went inside to ask if it could be remade (with my receipt in hand), where I was very rudely told by the Taco Bell Manager on "How a crunch wrap is made, and how there is only 1 scoop of meat and 2 scoops of cheese sauce" and was told nothing can be done. Im sorry but that is so beyond rude when all I was asking if it could be remade. I didnt want to be refunded or anything, just wanted my food made correctly. Extremely disappointed
