I Love Villa Pizza; however, today's lunch was disappointing. I ordered a medium roast beef sandwich that was about 10 thin slices high with approx. 2 teaspoons of BBQ Sauce.I've ordered this with extra sauce & I couldn't hold it in my hands as it fell apart. I decided to order against that but there it was... cold as were the French fries. Yes, I micro'd it but it over cooked roast beef... all in all a bummer..I give 4 stars because I won't go anywhere else because they're the Best.

I enjoy their food. My complaint is it has been delivered cold several times. Cold poppers is not appealing. Their delivery service oncoming is questionable.
