We stopped in Thursday night and the tables in lobby were trashed but I didn’t judge that, ordered & left, came back to hotel to eat and only ate a few bites cuz it was gross! Then I felt what I thought was a chip piece in my throat, hours later my tonsil swelled up, I look and see something small poking out, after hell to get it out I find a huge wood splinter! I know have a swollen sore tonsil smh! Not happy chipotle !!!

Not sure if this place actually has any management on staff. Waited at the mobile pick up window for 10 minutes while five staff seemingly were just walking around trying to clean up early. Walked in to get my food and asked if the mobile pick up window was open - Poor kid who is clearly half baked just stared at me. Not a bad place to work if you had the munchies though

Might as well been a college party (lame one at that) waited 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready just to not receive my most expensive item and get a scoop of all other sides….yeah I should have checked but I won’t have to make this mistake again

Chipotle has pretty good, healthy food – at least food that’s not so processed as some of the other big chains. I love burritos, but not the big fat footballs that they roll up. I make them spread out the feeling very thin – not used too much of it, no Rice, and then I roll it myself to make a skinny one, a much more authentic Mexican sort of burrito. The atmosphere is terrible, it’s never very clean and the staff are teenagers, so what can you say?

I came to this location today to pick up my online pickup order. I ordered one thing & this place wasn’t busy at all. I walked into the place after submitting my order 25 minutes prior. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. I walked up to the employee that was behind the counter. I said I was picking up my online order then I proceeded to say the name of the order. The employee said to me after that” you’re picking up an order, you look picked up already”. That was an inappropriate comment coming from that employee to me. I was in complete shock. I have never seen this employee in my life nor know this employee. I’m the customer. A minute later he says it’s not ready. Which is completely fine. Then he asked me if I wanted to pay for the customers order behind me. This whole situation made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I tried to call after I left & it sent me to the automated person & I requested to be sent to a voicemail box or to speak to an actual person & they couldn’t fill my request. Never am I coming here again.

This location has just decided not to make any vegan food or vegetables for adding to any orders. Its been months and they just don't plan on making them anymore.
The place is always messy. They run out of simple things like chips. The staff is unapologetic and dismissive.

This is the 4th time i've gone to this location where my bowl was so ridiculously salty (i love salt mind you) i couldn't eat it and had to throw it away. Not to mention the lack of sanitation within the restaurant. I understand mistakes happen, but this feels like a pretty big mistake to be making especially when it has been made multiple times. (I have also never had this experience at a different chipotle.)
