Terrible. Feel bad for the 2 kids working there. We waited 25 minutes and never even got the food we ordered. 3 people from the drive thru came in because their orders were messed up. Totally inept service

I’ve tried coming here multiple times and each time they let me down. My bagel wasn’t toasted once and I asked a girl to remake it and she was being unprofessional and talking horrible about me wanting that done.? I’ve paid for turbo shots and haven’t gotten them and today to top off the reason I’ll never come here again is I ate some cooking paper? I’ve worked at dunks for 5 long years in my teenage years. And never once have I seen it this bad when a customer had a concern or needs something fixed you simply just do it. Not saying we all are right but I am 100 percent patient and understanding when it comes to food industries but this one store needs better employees I shouldn’t have to feel like a burden when I just want my cold bread toasted ? Or without cooking paper stuck to it. I never complain unless I really just can’t eat or drink whatever they made. My order is the same Everytime also.. anyways do better Dunkin’ Donuts no one wants to go to a store with negative people and horrible food service.

Stopped for coffee and breakfast sandwich, what I got was this middle aged female woman who looked like a tweeker screaming at me after I informed her that i had responded 3 times already. I thought wow? I Left and went to another one down by the 101 much better. Tranquil no stress and no woman screaming at you for? Hmm. My advise do y I urself a favor keep rolling down the road to another one.

Though my online order wasn't ready when I walked in, a coffee and some Munchkins, I have to be fair. There are only two staff members, two young girls, and they were working the drive-thru and the counter and were not goofing off. They were hustling! No smiles, but, they were busy. My ☕ coffee was tongue burning hot, which means fresh, but they forgot my munchkins. When I mentioned it, they completed my order.I will come again if I'm in the area. Located next to Frying Pan Lane at the Circle K/Irving.

I must have some trust issues because i went through the drive through ask for a bagel and they didn’t have any which is fine. I had to go into the gas station anyway and i look and see a pile of bagels that look to be from the morning. i honestly wouldn't have a problem if the girl just told me she didn’t want to make it, i work in the food industry some days i understand it’s too much, and some people need rest days, but don’t lie to a customer.
