We waited 20 minutes in line and was never acknowledged. There was one person handling drive through and one working the counter but she was too busy doing online orders she didn't even acknowledge the people waiting at the counter. Left with nothing.

It is my pleasure to write this review. First let me say that from day one, my drive through visit was top notch. Service was impeccable and my order was spot on!. Although new to the area, I am now a frequent visitor who looks forward to going to this particular Dunks each morning. The service is outstanding! Tom, is especially a one-of-a-kind upbeat, polite, eager to please, friendly and a very hard worker. He got to know my name and greets me each morning at the drive through window, cheerfully, bringing smiles :-) to my face. Kudo's to such a great Dunks family!!!

Ordered a raspberry black tea lemonade. Received a plain iced tea but by the time I got to try it, I was already on the highway. Thanks for the $5 iced tea…….like how do you not notice the entire EXTRA WORD next to it and just ignore it? Bad enough the girl had an attitude or else I wouldn’t have written this.

Came in through drive through. one car ahead of me and it took 5 minutes. I ordered 3 coffees, one with cold foam. When I got to the window the woman was VERY RUDE. Dirty looks. Attitude. I asked for napkins for the iced coffee that was spilled all over my cup and she sighed. I paid for cold foam and I had to ask for it after she gave me the coffee. I honked my horn to get her attention but she didn't look even though she was on the other side of the window... the other girl working making coffee for the car behind me walked from the other end of the store to get my order right. coffee tasted terrible and overly sweet but I wasn't going to go back and have it fixed after all that.

Not a very busy location, so service is usually very fast. Food came out right every time I went here, workers were very quick making our stuff.
Nice place sunny layout uses space well. Service was great. The only thing was the coffee person should get the lids on the coffee so when you pick up the carry out tray from the pickup they all spill the coffee at once

First half of the day, 9 times out of 10, order is correct. The cold brew tastes the best. Customer service is much better than the afternoons.
Second half of the day is the complete opposite. Order is right half the time, cold brew always tastes bad, like it's not brewed correctly. Customer service sucks.
