Everything we tried was SO FRESH! Tiny space, so recommend take-out (they might offer outdoor seating in warmer weather), but the toast, breakfast sandwich, and quiche are all totally worth coming back

Small, but scrumptious little find! My favorite sandwich is hands down the BLTA on house-made focaccia. The vegan seasonal cashew cheesecake is absolutely delicious. Note: they sell it by the slice or whole (perfect for family gatherings!). Executive Pastry Chef, Kristin is remarkable at her craft! Parking is limited, as is customer area inside. There are a few tables outside, if you wish to enjoy your drinks/food there, weather-permitting. They use fresh, quality ingredients, so expect prices on the higher end. I highly recommend checking out Ginger Fox for yourself!

Great spot! So glad I found them. Great coffee, fresh pastries, lovely salad and soups. Key is the ingredients as well as engaging and pleasant staff. The interior is well designed and rounds out the whole experience.

Everyone was top notch from coffee and latte to the cookie, which was warm yet a bit crunchy on the outside. It's amazing, but it's definitely for to-go orders only. Tiny space for waiting and parking lot can be chaos. And it's a bit pricey in some respects, even for how expensive artisanal bakeries are in post COVID inflation life. But if you can, it's a wonderful treat.

Fast, friendly service... They even brought the food out to my car without asking! ?? My chicken sandwich was great, the place was clean and the price was reasonable.

My boyfriend and I visited on a Thursday morning. He ordered the Signature Egg Sandwich and a latte and I got the Quiche Lorraine. When we returned home, we were disappointed to see that his sandwich was just egg and cheese (missing all of what was advertised for the signature egg sandwich), and the bottom of my quiche was raw. The food itself was fine (the quiche was very peppery - not my favorite) but for $30 after tip, it’s incredibly overpriced, especially for the mediocre experience. I don’t think we’ll be returning. I would recommend skipping Ginger Fox and visiting Crackskulls or Flamingos to save money and have a much better experience.

I drove by this bakery on my way to Portsmouth. It was so cute I circled around to stop in for a snack and was not disappointed. This place is amazing! The pastries are delicious and so reasonably priced. I wish I had a place like this in Md.

Went to the Ginger Fox cafe today after hearing about it on Instagram. The marketing and overall style is spot on, and the croissant that we ordered was fantastic! I would love to try their other pastries - especially the massive brownie. I am a coffee snob, so take my comment with a grain of salt, but the shots were under-extracted and cappuccino had no frothed milk and only foam. The biggest note is that there is no indoor seating! This is a grab and go spot only, during the winter. I would have loved to stay and sit to enjoy the food, but that’s not possible here.

Amazing gluten-free carrot cake cupcakes.

The stunning exterior of Ginger Fox beckoned me within to a lively beehive of activity in an ultra-modern kitchen. It’s strictly a take-out joint and for the prices charged, I’d prefer to sit down. They do use a lot of organic products. I took away a plain croissant and ate it at home. Over-baked, but it was oh, so delicious, very buttery. $5.00 is too much.

The chicken caprese sandwich was very flavorful, but the focaccia was way too crusty and left abrasions on the inside of my mouth. The gingerbread cake was tasty but very heavy and dry, as in not fresh or over baked. The cream cheese frosting was superb as were the poached pairs on top. Pricing is on the high end. Had the focaccia been more flexible/ softer and the cake moist I would not have minded paying $20+ for the order.I haven't decided whether I'll go back yet. It's really difficult to get quality food nowadays.
