Store temporarily only drive through? Door locked, no signage to say don't walk in. Staff don't make eye contact or explain. Drive through line huge. Perhaps rename to Starbucks drive through only.
I hate drive throughs. If you do too skip this store.

Online orders are prioritized over the customers that are physically inside the store. When I walked in there are several people standing there waiting for their order and there was a huge counter full of online orders ready to be picked up. They literally were all just standing there staring at the online orders, and nobody was coming in to pick up all these prepared orders, ridiculous. The cashier warned us that is going to be a long wait and they are doing the best they could. We placed an order for two hot matchas, waited 10 minutes and unfortunately we were not able to wait any longer, we walked out with nothing in our hands. Customers were angry and yelling at the staff, honestly I felt bad for them they don't get paid enough for that and they have no control over what the corporation decides to do with these online orders they have rolled out but yet are unable to staff properly. All of the employees in that store were working as hard as they could and running around like crazy doing the best that they could. The customers that are physically in the store, and are waiting for an order that they placed with the cashier at the register, should always be prioritized over customers that place an order online, that's just a common sense way to run a business. Not cool. Very poorly run store. I emailed the manager as they suggested for a refund, I haven't heard back yet.....

I go to this Starbucks constantly because it is on my way to school. I am a huge Starbucks lover and while I can’t say they have ever messed up an order or that the food and drinks are bad, I can say that the manager is so RUDE. She always has a horrible attitude and seems like she hates every customer. Ever time I try to split my payment with cash and card the regular baristas just take the cash and then scan my card. This manager always acts like I’m the idiot when I explain what I want her to do. she gets incredibly aggressive and angry fast. She always says she’ll scan my card first which I don’t like because what if they accidentally press submit. She practically yells at me and then treats the other customers in drive through like they are bothering her for ordering. I even watched her role her eyes at me and other customers and start doing that obnoxious heavy scoffing. If you hate your job so much then get a new one. Customer service isn’t for everyone.

What happened to this place? I used to breeze through in 5 min, in the last month it’s a minimum 20 min wait

I don't know if they are understaffed or what but I wish I’d known how slow the service was here! The first time I went I sat in the drive through for at least 15 minutes. The next time I decided to go inside to see if that was faster and I almost had to leave without my drink… there was no line when I came in but a crowd of people were waiting and it took 20 minutes for them to get to mine. It seemed like the staff was hustling and very apologetic but they were all clearly very stressed.
Not sure what the issue is but just be aware before you go if you’re on a time crunch!

I've gone to the Stratham location a few times and each time ive gone ive been disappointed. They clearly dont know how to make cold foam as it all mixes in my black coffee within minutes. Ive had them spill my coffee from them sliding it and the lid not being on all the way to get a oops, sorry and they walked away. They dont prioritize walk in customers over order ahead.

This is my closest Starbucks and it has quickly become my go to. I always order ahead online and my drinks are ready on time without fail. Even though the store is always busy the team hustles, keeps things moving, and still manages to stay pleasant and friendly. I cannot imagine how many drinks they make in a day but mine is always made correctly. Consistent, reliable, and welcoming every visit.

By far the WORST Starbucks around . Service is so slow. Shouldn’t take 15 min for a drive through coffee . Orders are never correct and always missing items. Total waste of money and then they protest all the time but yet still can’t even do their job correctly
I wish I had looked at the recent reviews of this place before going here. I went in to order my drink because of the long line in the drive through. That was my biggest mistake- the drive through serviced 10 cars before they even got to my order. When I inquired about my drink I was met with the biggest attitude and a woman practically yelling at me about wait times and to expect to wait. I understand a wait time- a 15 minute wait time for a beverage is a little insane, but not as insane as yelling at a customer for asking about it. I am in customer service for over 20 years now and never leave bad reviews but this place needs an overhaul on their staff. Shout out to the nice woman at the front though- she was very sweet unlike the aggressive barista making the drinks.
What an embarrassment to society. Fire these ghouls and hire some respectable, hard-working people with actual customer service skills.

You could brew a coffee at home , run around your entire house and probably cook a full egg before getting your coffee here . Over 25 minutes and ordered on the app 10 minutes before I arrived
If I could give this Starbucks, a zero I would. The service is atrocious. I love Starbucks! I can’t begin to describe how horrible this location is. The manager on duty -because I really truly hope she wasn’t the actual store manager- went out of her way to make my visit as bad as possible. Starbucks is nice enough to remake your drink if another location doesn’t make it the right way. This was the closest location to where I got my drink, so I asked very politely if they could remake my drink. While she said, yes, she went above and beyond to explain to me why it wasn’t served to me correctly in the first place. Mind you I order this drink daily so I know how to order it. Since I wasn’t getting charged, I wanted to leave a tip so I asked if she could change out a five dollar bill for me. She very rudely said no we can’t change any money unless you’re buying something. So I asked the young girl who was very polite, if I could exchange my own money out of the tip jar and she wasn’t sure, so she went to the. “Manager” to ask. She then came over and said I already told you, we don’t change out money. You can’t put your hand in there. I can’t change out the money and you can’t either. I said I was just asking so that I could leave a tip, but you didn’t say that I couldn’t exchange the money which as a rule has never been a rule that I’ve been aware of or else there would be a sign up. Also I’m pretty sure they don’t watch that outdoor tip jar all day long, and I know I am seeing people changing out money in the indoor jars.
She is not somebody that should be in customer service at all. She’s definitely in the wrong business! As somebody who’s been in the hospitality and service industry for decades, she needs a new career
As a note, she made my coffee exactly the wrong way again. So there goes my six dollars.
I went here on 12/30/24 at around 11am there was a HUGE Christmas vacation rush and it was very very busy. The woman who took my order was polite and personable, and the woman making orders was AMAZING she was a rockstar. Everyone there was. But I wanted to give a special thanks to (Jamie?) she had short brown hair and was so nice and efficient! Thank you!
Great experience today. We used the mobile app to order our usual morning drinks and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Normally it says 6-9 minutes so I figured it must be busy.
Got there in 13 minutes I observed at least 7 baristas hustling like crazy using all the machines to prepare what seemed like about 50 total orders, counting the ones waiting for pickup and the ones in progress. They all seemed happy and motivated to please customers.
There was seating available even at this peak time because most orders were either mobile pickup or drive through.
At the 15-minute mark, like clockwork, they called out my name and the order was ready, fresh and hot and exactly right.
So many times at other Starbucks locations I see inefficiency by either not having enough baristas or seeing underutilized machines or underutilized staff.
But this place was an efficient machine operating at full capacity serving a lot of customers at the fastest pace humanly possible. It was a beautiful sight to behold.

I order a drink here almost daily for my drive home. Sometimes it's perfect, other times I'm not sure what I'm paying for (order extra and get less than normal type thing). But the biggest issue is their store hours I would absolutely call ahead because this location is closed without notice so often. Lately it's been closed at least once a week during normal hours. I know there was water issue once but the other times, like today, I'm not sure if it's staffing or what. Just a tip to call before you go.
