Great experience today. We used the mobile app to order our usual morning drinks and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Normally it says 6-9 minutes so I figured it must be busy.
Got there in 13 minutes I observed at least 7 baristas hustling like crazy using all the machines to prepare what seemed like about 50 total orders, counting the ones waiting for pickup and the ones in progress. They all seemed happy and motivated to please customers.
There was seating available even at this peak time because most orders were either mobile pickup or drive through.
At the 15-minute mark, like clockwork, they called out my name and the order was ready, fresh and hot and exactly right.
So many times at other Starbucks locations I see inefficiency by either not having enough baristas or seeing underutilized machines or underutilized staff.
But this place was an efficient machine operating at full capacity serving a lot of customers at the fastest pace humanly possible. It was a beautiful sight to behold.

I order a drink here almost daily for my drive home. Sometimes it's perfect, other times I'm not sure what I'm paying for (order extra and get less than normal type thing). But the biggest issue is their store hours I would absolutely call ahead because this location is closed without notice so often. Lately it's been closed at least once a week during normal hours. I know there was water issue once but the other times, like today, I'm not sure if it's staffing or what. Just a tip to call before you go.

Anyone who complains about this place, doesn't realize how much goes into being an employee here. They have to memorize over 100 drinks. On top of, everyone, switching up those recipes. Cut them so slack, people! Damn. I APPRECIATE YOU! Thank you for doing your best while being short staffed and any other obstacles that come your way!

Worst Starbucks ever. Orders are almost always wrong & due to wait times, it’s nearly impossible to rectify without making it an hour detour for coffee. The wait is consistently over estimate (pickup & drive thru) & the staff always makes excuses / blames the customer. The location is very busy & the drive thru can’t really accommodate backups.

I go to the Stratham store most every day and consistently JACK at the drive thru is the BEST guy there. He is always timely, friendly and good humored. He makes waiting in line worth it. Everyone should follow his lead. BRAVO! and THANKS.

A standard Starbucks. They're consistent and friendly. Their chairs are uncomfortable and flat. I think they might need to refresh their chairs at the tables.
However, when I mentioned I had a puppy from the spca, they gave me a pup cup for her. I love that they went above and beyond for our puppy.

One of the baristas made my birthday drink after I called and asked about birthday rewards not working on the app and sending an email. I believe his name was Jack, but I requested for him to make my drink specifically. He made my drink amazing by recommending cream cheese for frappes because they taste like cheese cake. I've never had any issues with this starbucks. Anytime I get a drink from them it always makes it better making me want to come more and more as much as I can. Thank you Jack! You made my birthday better even though it was yesterday.

I literally cannot express enough how frustrating the wait time is for both drive thru and inside pick up. I work here in Stratham and have a limited lunch break, and I know if I want Starbucks here I have to actually wait my entire lunch break for an order I placed 20-30 minutes in advance. If you think ordering inside is faster, wrong. If you think ordering online and picking up makes sense and is faster. Wrong. I placed my order at 2;02 pm it’s currently 2:25 pm and I’m still 4 people deep in the drive thru. Please figure out wait times, by the time the customers get to the window after waiting 10-15 minutes their drink should be well done by then. It’s almost like they wait till the customer is physically sitting at the window to start prepping their order.

Not great Starbucks etiquette at this particular location. Maybe it was just today. I gave them my order and when they delivered it to me, it was incorrect. The barista acted like it was my fault, but I had a witness. It’s not like I was trying to get anything free. I am a paying customer. Just get over the error and move on. Don’t treat the customers like they’re a problem.
Starbucks has a lot of standard training and standard processes so there is an expectation of a somewhat standard experience. I understand it gets busy and I know that some people love working at Starbucks and some people don’t, but let’s make some responses to reasonable requests basic
